Emmanuel responded to my AAA call
for a tow. He arrived and took extra time to lift my car up and help me look under the chassis for some debris that might have been causing my problem. He also made the extra effort to completely set up wheel risers so my wheels wouldn’t be on the road, possibly making my problem worse.
He was very friendly and personable. Highly recommend his tow service.
They don't take care of AAA members. Spoke with lady at AAA ,told her I was at Mont Lawn cemetery broke down. That I had my dog with me and if we could ride with driver, since my house was 3 blocks away from where I was having my car tow.
She said, it would not be a problem.
Driver call was Rude. and not willing to help NO dogs are riding in truck.Call back Renegade,spoke with Rude lady, over talking me. They left us sitting in a bad area.
So I had no other choice other than to drive my car home in process, my car over heated.
Call AAA, sat waiting on phone for over hour, to speak with Supervisor.
Choose anybody else! These people answer aaa calls without being prepared and leave you at the side of the road with no other option. Little John town is much more reliable!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Left my son sitting on the side of a road at NC state on 5/2/24 from 4:25 pm until 8:15 pm. Said he’s be there in 30 minutes and then denied the tow to AAA. Never updated us. At that point, another tow company was assigned and he has to now wait another hour until after 9pm when he has finals. This is the second time this has happened to us in a month with AAA. I have been a member for eight years and will never renew again.. I would also never call this company for a tow, even if they were the last one operating in Raleigh. Oh yeah, and even though the driver called us and told us he would be there in 30 minutes, he then blocked our number when we tried to call him back to find out why he still wasn’t there over an hour later. Very professional.
I put in a service request at 3:35pm first ETA said 30 mins I waited then nobody came so I called AAA they said they were arguing with this company as if it was in their service area. Now second ETA said 10 to 15 minutes waited 20 minutes called AAA and they said the towing company said it would be at least 2 more hours then they call me and ask if I can wait til in the morning long story short after going back and forth for 2 plus hours they showed up. Driver was rude and said this isn't our fing area and said I should be paying for this call sorry but because AAA don't pay you enough for doing service isn't the members fault. Maybe AAA should look for a more reliable company.
This business was contracted as a service provider through AAA, after waiting more than 10 min for provider to show up for scheduled ETA I had to leave for another engagement I left an authorized driver on my account in possession of my vehicle & provider refused to provide coverage under AAA Service plan because I was not present. & attempted to propose business in the entity of the company apart from my roadside service from AAA. As private towing. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are ruled by greed & not service.
AAA (triple A) sent renegade towing and recovery to help for my road side assistance. It was quick and easy. Brandon is the one who helped us. Super nice guy. Excellent at his job!!
DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS, They dropped my car and refuse to pay for the damages, its been 4-5 months of me trying to figure put what im going to do because they will not cooperate or even try to help. i suggest little johns towing they have way better service..
I needed my automobile towed ANYTIME today.The time now 8:45 am and they couldn’t promise it would be towed today. I am it wasn’t am EMERGENCY. I don’t think they are dependable.
After waiting for three hours for AAA to arrange a tow truck to come get my car, Kendrick came to the rescue. He was able to see if he could jump start my car and when he was unable to, he promptly towed my car. I was greeted with great professionalism, wonderful communication and helpful information. While AAA did not help me much, Renegade Towing was able to make my situation much better.

They sent out the first tow truck but couldn’t tow due to not having tow dolly for the truck. Sent out the second truck a flatbed still can’t tow. Now waiting for 5hrs. for a third truck how is it that you have a tow business but can’t get the job done in a reasonable and timely manner. This is all arranged by AAA so if you can find out what company is going to be sent to you if it’s Renegade make sure they send the proper truck out.
Got ghosted twice through AAA and the company didn’t even call me and let me know. I waited 3 hours one night by myself in a parking deck and 1.5 hours the next night in the same parking deck. This time I called AAA and told them to send someone else. She told me the guy just didn’t want to come out or something. These people are a bunch of fools.

9 Jan 2021. My girlfriend locked herself out at the Raedford food lion. We called AAA and they said renegade would arrive in 1 hour. The driver was there is 30 mins. He was polite and handled the situation like a pro. Give that man a raise. Thank you for the help.
I can't remember the driver's name, but it was around 8:15 am, Sunday 12-20-20, in Fayetteville NC. The driver was fantastic. He helped me out and went above and beyond service wise. This employee was great.
Ordered a pickup towing service for a vehicle from my house. Was told an ETA of 45 minutes to get to the house. 3 and a half hours went by and despite multiple attempts to reach them they would not answer the phone or respond to messages. Poor customer service overall.
My Car wouldn't crank. I called AAA they gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes. Within 10 minutes Esaan from Renegade arrived and not only did he jump my car he took the time to explain what happened. He showed me the readings on the battery etc. Esaan was polite and professional.

Failed to remove a hub ring from my tire before putting the spare on- as a result two of the studs broke off while I was driving. Very scary and could have really hurt someone. Do not use them!
I commute 1 hour to Raleigh everyday. After 4 days of purchasing a new car, I've discovered a flat tire after completing a 10 hour shift. I was in panic mode. I quickly called AAA. They said they can get someone out in 30 min. Renegade towing company contacted me 15 min after that call, which put my mind at ease. The gentleman named Kelvin arrived onsite and demonstrated EXCELLENCE in his work industry. He knew things I didnt even know about my newly purchased vehicle. Hands down to the company. I would refer everyone I know to the company.
Andy took great care of my third gen RX-7. Towing it from my University all the way back to where I am currently staying (100+ miles), he made sure the front oem spoiler never came close to touching the ground. If I ever need towing in Raleigh, I'm giving them a call.
AAA sent Renegade towing out after I couldn't get my car to start. When he arrived the guy informed me that my Suburban would not fit on his flatbed. It looked like it would fit to me and I even offered to buy a measuring tape at Walmart. He declined my offer and called his boss. He then informed me that they would tow it only if I paid an additional $85 and after a few minutes of talking about how AAA should cover the cost he then increased it to $165. I've never had issues having this truck towed in the past and I'm a women in a desperate situation so I felt like I was being scammed. I declined their service and called CPR towing they came, fit my truck just fine, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
If I had a brand new stock Ford Raptor it would be no taller or wider than my suburban. As I said above we have had the car towed multiple times using AAA and we have also had other trucks with bigger lifts and larger tires towed using AAA. When I discussed the issue with AAA they said they have to listen to the tow truck drivers if they say they can't tow it. Which they did listen to you... so I was still incredibly inconvenienced by your towing service.
Called AAA in need of unlocking running vehicle. Renegade was here in five minutes and lady tech had me on the road in five minutes more. Can't thank Renegade enough.
The best service.. they really helped me out of a sticky situation. Nicholas arrived 30 minutes earlier than the estimated time and couldn’t have been more professional and proficient. I will request and recommend Renegade Towing to others without hesitation.
