Fast response time!!!! I work a night shift job and decided to go home a little early. Casually driving my tire pops and I hit the guard rail. Front bumper just hanging! I panic!!! It’s 4am and I only have my mom around! Doing a Google search I was sent here and I got an immediate answer! A very nice (handsome) guy by the name of Rease or Maurice (not sure) was at my location in less than half an hour! My car was off the road and towed home in 10mins! He even waited on my mom to get to me before leaving!!!

Always Towing really helped me out with a tow and they have great customer service. Mike was awesome and he has a super clean truck. I own a business and had cars parking in my parking lot for months, and Always Towing & Recovery never delays and is always on time when I need those place cleared. An I would recommend them for all of my roadside and towing needs
The Wake County area has experienced a winter storm that has caused a number of stranded cars that needed towing and/or roadside assistance. Unfortunately, I was one of those motorist that required towing. My incident occurred around 7pm on US1 North near New Hill, NC.
There were several other motorist that stopped and offered help, which by the way speaks to the humanity that exists in Wake County…good folks.
After calling several ‘24 hours’ towing services in Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay Varina and the surrounding area (at least 10 or more locations), one towing company was recommended by one of those motorist that stopped to assist me (I recall his name was Michael), and it was ALWAYS TOWING! Man, talk about having a name that really describes your service!
Maurice Brown at ALWAYS TOWING took my call and confidently told me that they could help me! What a relief after hearing several other so called ‘24 hours’ towing companies turn me down! The other companies were too afraid to come assist me at my location, but not ALWAYS TOWING!
Kendrick Evans was the towing technician that came out and assisted me. His professionalism and quick assessment of my situation was amazing. He got my vehicle ready to tow and got me home promptly and safe!
These men were there to help me in my time of distress after I had been on the road side of US1 N for about 8 hours!
