What can I say about Debnam’s paint & body incorporated. The Owner and the staff are good and fair people. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. But most importantly they turn out quality work. I would refer anyone to this shop 10 out of 10 times.
The best shop ive been to for any repairs, they work fast diligently and most importantly they aim to get all repairs done in a efficient time , so glad i chose them to work on my car 100% satisfied customer!!👍🏽
They were very pleasant to deal with after having to go sign a release on my vehicle that was involved in a wreck. They close at 5, but the young lady, I'm sorry I can't remember get name, but she's so you see as soon as you enter, but anywho, they close at 5, but even with me getting there right before 5 she allowed me the time i needed to clean out my vehicle and sign the release for the insurance. I'm grateful she allowed me time
I could not be more satisfied with the recent service I received from Debnam's Body Shop. They did an amazing job on my vehicle and trust me, I'm very peculiar when it comes to my Yukon!! Sawyer, Hunter and Mr. Don were great to work with. I highly recommend this "family owned" business if you have something that needs to be repaired. Everyone went beyond what I was expecting and rendered outstanding customer service and I was totally satisfied when I picked my vehicle up!!
Sawyer was gracious enough to give us an estimate for damage on a Ford F150 Raptor that was for sale. Her advice led us to a smart decision to not purchase because of the high cost of repair and it ultimately saved us time and money. We thanked her for her expert professional opinion.

We used them since they towed my husbands truck from accident. We have used other body shops in past that we will use in future but figured since they towed we would give business. They don’t adjust rates like other body shop did for us in past. Now besides our deductible we have to pay an extra 176.00$. The communication was horrible I had to call and get updates after being told I would be contacted in a couple days. After a week I called and had to receive update. When I went to pick truck up the specks for alignment were out when they were in prior to accident. Woman at shop said well they could have been out when it came from factory my husband has his alignment checked every time tires are rotated “. Told them I would not take it back until fixed. I was told they got truck back Thursday night I could come Friday to pick it up at 4:30 so I did and found all of this out now it cost me three days vehicle rental plus the extra $176 and they will not help out in cost. I will not use them again.
I brought my truck in for a simple fender bender repair and they evaded me after I had already paid for services and wouldn’t give it back for months then a woman called me and told me it was ready but when I got there my truck was completely taken apart bare picked clean for anything useful and she told me I wouldn’t be getting it back cause it was completely totaled when I tried to show her a picture of the medium sized dent which was all that was wrong with it she slapped the phone out of my hand and said get out of her face I have never been spoken to or treated so terribly in a business establishment what’s worse is I tried to at least get my money back she proceeded to get in my face and scream at me to get out and not feeling safe I left I am currently talking to a lawyer about my options but I will NEVER be returning!!
Took my car to get it painted. Their quote was crazy $15,000. They bill for storage of your vehicle when it's on site. Every when its on site for weeks and they have not gotten around to looking at it. Then they were rude.
Took my friends truck apart for a estimate and wanted 2800$ just for taking it apart and never gave him a call to let him know what they were doing, and took more apart than what they had to. Unprofessionalism and no communication make it a one star
Great people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are extremely fair especially if you add in the quality of the work. Personally I'll take value over cheap every time. They don't have just customers, it feels like you are being treated like family or friends. They have gone well beyond just being a business when our family went through and still going through some tough times. Going over my last statement with the insurance company.... We couldn't even find a line item for deer removal. Thank you Debnam family for taking such good care of our family.
I recently had my Honda Accord repaired by Debnam's after a rear end collision. Sawyer was great to work with. These are the nicest people and the service and workmanship couldn't be better. They worked around my schedule and sent me a thank you note for my business and asked for feedback on improvement. I couldn't think of anything they could do better. It's obvious this family owned business takes great pride in their work and facility. And Don has a really cool collection of motorcycles. If you need a golf cart repair they can do that as well. Hopefully I won't need another repair but if I do I will be back.
The idea business for customers needing paint and body work. Customer service is second to none. I highly recommend Debnam's Paint & Body to family and friends.
