I had an outstanding experience with Wall’s Towing and Recovery. I was connected with them through AAA for a long-distance tow (over 150 miles), and they exceeded every expectation. The driver was friendly, professional, and provided quick, efficient service. What meant the most was the extra care he showed. He shared his personal cell number in case I needed anything. If you ever need a towing service, I highly recommend Wall’s Towing and Recovery. I will definitely request them again and encourage anyone in the area to do the same. When you’re stuck on the side of the road, service like this truly makes a stressful day a whole lot easier.

Austyn with Wall Towing & Recovery was outstanding. I was super stressed about having another issue with my car, and how I was even going to get it in for repairs. Austyn’s wonderful attitude and personality quickly eased my stress. He was accommodating, helpful , prompt & courteous. He even sent me a picture of what I can try on my own to get my car started if there is a next time. This has been my most pleasant business dealing in a long while and highly recommend them!

My truck broke down at the worst possible time. (not that there is a good time). Walls towing came and was prompt. The drivers name was Austyn Melton. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Walls Towing to anyone and will be using them from here forward, when ever I need roadside assistance or a tow!

My truck malfunctioned and needed to go to Hendricks Chevrolet called the roadside assistance. They kept me in touch with them through the whole process. Austin my driver contacted me when he was on his way. When he got here he let me know. I came out. He was very polite And assisted me getting my truck up onto the truck. He was a wonderful took care of. Everything took very good care of my vehicle took it to Hendricks unloaded it. Make sure the information and the key got into service. I was very happy with the fast and prompt service. The mechanic was very professional and friendly. This was my first time using a towing company so I was nervous, but he put my mind at ease. If you ever need tow service call them, you won't be disappointed.

Chad and the guy that towed my car was very nice, but be prepared to pay high prices. $555 total for my car to sit over the weekend in their lot. I was also charged a full day for Monday even though I picked my car up when they opened. You can not get your car out of the lot on the weekend either which I was not aware of. Very nice people, but as most towing places go it is not cheap.

I needed my car towed on a flat bed, and when I called, I got Chad. Super nice guy, very helpful. Great communication! Chad gave me a time, and Roger showed up, right in that window. Roger got my car hooked up and ready to go. Roger was just as friendly as Chad. I enjoyed talking to him. Roger is an asset to your company. Walls Towing was on time. Driver was knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt my car was in good hands. I went through AAA roadside so can't remark on cost but I am saving their number, just in case.

10 out of 10!!! Super friendly and fast to respond! I got my car stuck in the mud and called them to tow me out and they where at my door in lest then 20 minutes! Extremely professional and not to mention fair pricing! Had my car out the mud in less then 10 minutes and I was on my way like I never got stuck! I highly recommend

Shout out to the guy who towed my 2004 ford explorer today from Raleigh to Hillsborough! He was super prompt and super friendly! He asked if i needed to ride with the vehicle to the Hillsborough location as well. I didn't need to but atleast he asked. And when i got to the other shop in Hillsborough, they told me that he was super nice to them too! Now my service was through AAA. And that makes it even better. Because they treated me just like i was paying top price. I definitely recommend their service to anyone in their area. I think my driver was named "Roger". Please keep being a good example of great customer service Roger because it's truly appreciated!

Highly recommended! Had a flat bed truck tow a lifted Jeep to a mechanic a decent distance. Myles was the driver, and was friendly and familiar with lifted vehicles. Secured the vehicle and got it there with no issues. Can't imagine anything could have made the experience better.

Needed to have a forklift moved before the snow storm came in. Saw the good reviews for Walls and gave them a call. Chad was able to have someone out within an hour and once Myles got there, he was awesome. Everything was strapped down well and it made the hour drive back home safely. Thanks again guys. Will call again.

At 5:48 pm I put in a request for a tow through AAA due to my brakes going out on me while driving on a super busy interstate. At 6:08 Miles, the driver, was pulling up to pick me up. Miles I personally want to say thank you. I’m sure this review won’t possibly be able to describe the level of professionalism, and customer service you’ve shown to my son and I. I would recommend this company to anyone. The reviews are 100 percent accurate. I called AAA this morning as my truck broke down in the middle of the street. Wall's Towing responded and was fast - faster than the estimated time for a tow. The driver Miles, was awesome and really helped me out. Very friendly, courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was the best AAA experience! This company has an employee by the name Myles and he came quick and he got my tire changed in no time and gave me information to be able to get another one! On a Sunday! I am from Virginia but was in the area picking up a family member and he made things easier and made me feel a lot better being that this was my first time having to go through this. I wish AAA had more tow companies that were as effective as this young man and company was!
