Had an issue with my car and contacted Stella’s right away once I knew it needed to be towed. They gave me a time of when they could pick it up and were there right on time. They brought it to the shop I requested and sent me a text once they dropped it off. Excellent service from start to finish

Thank you Stella’s Towing in Waxhaw, NC! My car decided to brake down on the way to work. Kyra told me that Roland would call on the way. He did. Roland and his sidekick was right on time. They picked my car up took it to a garage just like i asked. Unfortunately the mechanic At Blacks automotive in Monroe let my car set for 5 days. On the 5th day I called Stella’s again and Roland and his sidekick came and picked my car up again and took it to another place for me. These people were so caring , respectful and professional. Roland even had to go in both places to get my car keys and to leave them. The rates of the tow was great. They were on time. It was really flawless!!! I can’t say enough about Stella’s towing. From beginning to end. From dispatch to the driver. Please let them make you smile if you’re needing a tow. I promise you won’t be sorry. My entire family will always use Stella’s. First of all, this team is AMAZING! They arrived earlier than the quoted time, and the driver was friendly and a wizard with the tow truck! He managed to get a low-profile BMW coupe with a broken control arm onto the truck bed without a scratch, even in the corner of a driveway on a hill, after ice and snow. (Yes, crazy, right?) The wheel was completely separated due to ice and sliding into the curb. He delivered a car with only 3 wheels, and the front bumper was still intact with no extra harm to the vehicle. I was more than happy with the service at Stella’s towing. We needed roadside assistance. They told us their ETA on the phone, which was like 25 to 30 minutes and right on the dot Kevin showed up. He was very nice and helpful. Overall, great communication from the office and dispatch. I would highly recommend Stella’s Towing !

He helped me transport my truck back home after recovering it from another facility, and his professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. When my truck battery turned out to be dead upon delivery, Kevin noticed that the window was down. Rather than leaving it as-is, he took extra time out of his day to charge the battery just so he could roll the window up and secure my vehicle. This car towing service was great! They showed up earlier than expected, which was great, and were able to quickly and efficiently tow my car. Kevin was the driver and he was very professional. He was very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend using their services.

Stella’s has come to my aid two times from broken down vehicles. They were fast and have great pricing. Rolan did my towing both times. Great guy and did his job well even with a difficult tow that he had to jack and move slowly due to a broken control arm. Saved me from getting more repairs done because of how meticulous he moved the vehicle up and down the ramp. I’ll be using them for any future towing needs!

Highly recommend Stella's Towing! They answered my call late on a Sunday evening and I was able to schedule a pickup for first thing Monday. The driver called when en route, he was very professional, friendly, and on time. He called me once the vehicle reached the dealership. I had my vehicle recovered it was excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. This is a follow up review. We have lived in Waxhaw for over 3 years. Anytime we had a need for a towing service we have called Stella’s. This is a family owned business and the customer service is excellent. They always have taken care of us no matter what the circumstances have been.

This was the best vehicle inspection center I've ever used. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Dave was great. He's very friendly and efficiently processed my car. I would highly recommend him and I will be going back for next year inspection.

A bitterly cold morning and a dead battery. I contacted Stella's towing and within 30 minutes someone came to my home and got my battery charged up and ready to go. Thank you for great service in getting me back on the road. Highly recommended!

Multiple times we have used Stella's. They first helped with my daughters accident and towing, caring for our Hummer and getting through our insurance process. Dave was so kind and helpful that when I found out they do inspections, I used them three times for that since, always with the absolute fastest turn around time. Most recently they towed a jeep and separate engine for me. They worked with me to arrange the delivery with another call in Charlotte for a price break and kept me informed all the way. Austin delivered my jeep and engine last night and went out of the way to assist me in deciding best location for jeep and engine stand and put them in the decided best locations for their next trip (to get them reassembled soon).

I am so pleased with my experience with Stella’s Towing! After calling AAA, I was told a time the tow truck would arrive after having a flat tire, and Austin called and let me know the exact time he’d be there to help me. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional when, after dropping my car off at our vehicle dealership, he called to let me know and checked in later to make sure I didn’t have any problems getting my car taken care of at that dealership.

Update: I have had to call on Stella's towing twice over the past month and a half. As usual, they are so very kind and courteous. The service was promp and the driver was careful with our vehicle and was very courteous and professional as well. I will always on on Stella's for all my towing needs as well as recommend them to my friends and family Dave was great. Stayed in communication with us to keep us informed of his arrival. He is very courteous and professional and even continued to follow up with us after.

My experience with Stella's was excellent. The tow operator Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not from the Charlotte area, and needed a tow to a repair shop convenient to a motel where I could stay until the shop opened up the following morning. Paul took the car to a shop with a choice of 3 motels within a couple of blocks. Getting the car fixed the next day went great, and I am so grateful.

We were referred to Stella’s by another towing company and we’re very happy with the service we received! Paul came out to tow my car late at night. He was prompt, very professional and didn’t waste any time. He even offered to take it to the after hours drop for me. Even though I’d never met him he seemed like a guy you could trust. Based on reviews here, I opted to call Stella's Towing to have a vehicle transported. The customer experience was impressive. Called at lunchtime and explained I was not in a rush and could have the vehicle moved at their convenience. Dave, the owner, offered to fit me in that afternoon. I sent him the source and destination addresses and he contacted me a couple of hours later to let me know Chris was on his way. Great communication, professionalism, courtesy, speed, respect. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough about the quality and customer service for Stella‘s Towing. I called them on the front end of a busy holiday weekend and they responded incredibly quickly with great communication throughout the process. David was great to deal with on the phone and went above and beyond. And Chris did a great job getting us towed quickly. I will DEFINITELY call them again and highly recommend calling them for any towing needs.
