I mean their good at all that they do but my husband and I took new bought tire up there to have put on our car $30 for a change out $50 if they kept the old tire. Like damn. Seriously I remember when you could go there and Jackie would do it all for $15. Times are crazy.
Jackie’s Auto Repair came highly recommended by a longtime client, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, and response times were slow. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sent by Jackie’s to another shop — but no information was provided along with it, which caused an additional delay in repairs. The lack of transparency and coordination reflected a surprising level of disorganization. Not the kind of service one expects from a trusted name.
This is the worst mechanic I have ever been to. Completely unprofessional. During the time my car was with them they did not even have my phone number written down to contact me. They traded out my brand new battery without any communication. When I asked what they did to repair my car nobody could tell me. Do not go here

My old Jeep Commander just died. I thought it was because it had been sitting under a tree in my backyard for a couple of months. I had originally thought that squirrels had messed up the wiring but I had Jackies tow it in and look at it. It turned out to be the starter and they replaced it quickly and for a very good price!! You can’t go wrong with these people!! AAA+++ !!!!
Had a vehicle massively overheat due to a loss of all coolant, so it wasn't safe to drive. The folks at Jackie's had it towed to the shop the next morning, and a leaking coolant hose fixed and coolant restored the same day! All for a reasonable price. Will definitely take our vehicles there in the future.
This was the fastest tow I have ever had. My truck died in the middle of the road and they were there 15 minutes after I called. I appreciated it very much.

We were in town from Michigan and got into a bad accident. We needed a radiator to hopefully be able to drive it back home for further repairs. They were closed the day after thanksgiving but a gentleman came in on that day to help us out. Very grateful!!
Had a great experience here. We blew a tire just down the road and made it over on a spare. He patched the tire and put it back on our car in minutes. Would recommend!
I called in advance for the following day to have a truck picked up and towed to a shop by the next day at a certain hr. Spoke with them and gave address to where it is and where it was headed and they said see ya tomorrow. We'll tomorrow at 12: 17 they called from their shop and I reminded them it had to be at shop at 1. Just as soon as I spoke about it the attitude changed and said it's not his fault they only have one driver. Not mine either as I called in advance. I'm not going to be talked to that way by anyone, you don't have a right to treat people that way very rude you want it towed or not. So I missed my appointment and delayed. So now I must find another tow truck company and exhaust shop thanks. To think they was recommended, won't pull any of mine. I came from a time where people had respect for others. Someone from this company should apologize to me and to Charley's in Brevard.
These folks are beyond wonderful. I had a cracked radiater at 3:00 pm, the day before my child started school, with no options for a rental available. They helped me immediately by advising how I could "just get them to school in the morning" without destroying my vehicle and fit me into their full schedule the following morning, ensuring my car was fixed and running smoothly in time to pick up the kids. They were so kind and went over and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. They did outstanding work.
I have personally known the Fisher family for over 21 going on 22 years! Always great service, friendly atmosphere and always, always willing to give a helping hand. My husband and I went in and the guys looked at us and no greeting. We had to say excuse me can I get someone and they said yes one minute.... well one minute became 20 minutes and still no one helped us or at least said anything
My wheel came off 150 yards from the shop!!!!
I was recommended to Jackie's by a number of people that I trust. I got 4 new tires fitted on my Nissan Frontier and I was satisfied with the price, however, they managed to break one hub cap and lose another one. As soon as I pulled out into the road I heard knocking and felt movement that indicated loose lug nuts. About 150 yards from the shop, my left front WHEEL FELL OFF!!!! Completely off. Luckily nothing got broken and I was fine because I tried to pull off the road at a really slow speed.
They got it back on and everything was fine, but when I got back home, I took a torque wrench to all the wheels and found that most of the lug nuts were way over-tightened while 2 or 3 were hopelessly under-tightened.
I believe these guys are a good outfit but my experience could have caused significant harm to me/others/my truck and I'm still having to replace two hub caps. I was planning to get some more work done through them but I will have to look elsewhere. I was hoping to write a positive review after today, but sadly I can't.
Jackies is great - they've helped us get out of a sticky situation with a friend's car which was turned over on a dirt road. We also take our cars there every time we need a mechanic - the prices are more than fair, and the work is always solid. They have a quick turn around. We will continue to take our cars to Jackies as our mechanic!
My car got totaled in a car crash over the weekend, it was towed in this facility. I was taken to Hospital and then home in another state. I had to call 4 times in a single day just to figure out the fate of my car. All I could hear is a broken distant conversation, mostly telling me how much I have to pay to towing and have to personally take to a scrap site and pay for that too. I had to drive for 3 hours to reach there and find out my car is a dead horse, worth nothing. So, I had to give it to him. I wish, only if he told me before that he can dispose it himself and I do not have to pay accumulated bills for every single day he keeps it. His compound was full of all broken cars. At least that could save me the pain of going there. Loved the way, his nephew Cain and his wife treated me. At least met those nice fellows.
They were so nice & helpful! I am from out of state and was in a bind. I will ALWAYS come back here for my automotive needs! The shop may not look like much, but the people are helpful and completely competent. Thanks, Jerry!!!
Jackie's Auto Services got us out of a tight spot after dark. It was a challenging job, and we clearly called the right guy. Our man (Jackie's son, he said) was quiet, competent and treated us with dignity while he went about saving our skins. And while they had us out of towners at their mercy, the bill was in line with our expectations. Fair enough. Thanks Jackie, and Jackie's son, especially.
