I have had several great interactions with the gentlemen at this location. They value your business and do not mind explaining how things work, and they do so without making me feel patronized or unintelligent. The asst manager is particularly good at helping you find the best product available within your price range. He definitely knows auto parts and I value his opinion in my purchases. I had a slight wait because they were busy and I listened as they helped several people and all were given tine and genuine assistance with their purchases. I only wish I had known about this help sooner and I would have been doing more of my minor repairs myself. I am all about saving money but looking for quality at the same time. I feel like I am getting this with the help of these fellas.
I called on a Thursday to have some paint mixed. Person said that it would be ready and I told them I would be there Saturday morning to pick it up. Guess what, it wasn't ready and none of the employees knew anything about it. When someone has a schedule to get a job done and it has to be postponed because the lack of someone not doing their job, it kinda pisses me off. When the Lance's owned it, never had to wait on something.
I stopped there just to pick up some filters and the fellow who works there was so informative and so helpful and kind. I came in with engine issues and left with my truck running as good as the day that I bought it. If I’m back in this area and I need any kind of auto parts or have an issue with my truck these are the people that I’ll be going to.

I was in town from Cincinnati and my car started acting up. I showed up Saturday morning and Hunter is the man he tested my car knew exactly what the problem was lucky for me you guys had the part in stock he even changed it for me in the parking lot. I can’t say enough about Hunter but promote this kid he does your company right
Our O'Reilly's in Brevard NC is awesome. The employees are helpful and really friendly. They're my go to store for all my motorcycle and automotive needs.
The two employees that took care of me on Tues Nov2ed 2022.went over and beyond duties to help me I'm a single lady who lives off disbuilty.and they were very helpful and honest I appreciate them I hope you consider these young men for special consideration. The gentleman helped me with a new car battery and brought it out to the car. He was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Great job y'all!
I live on the coast, my daughter is in Brevard. I called for some assistance with a car battery. They were very helpful to me over the phone and when my daughter went in she said they were very nice and helpful with the battery and the install.

People who actually know what you are talking about and what you need. I've saved a bunch of money since this store opened up! Hope they can eventually build a full size new store in Brevard.
