Got stuck on the side of a mountain up in Almond while I was visiting! The owner of this company came out and got us unstuck and stayed until we were safely off the mountain side. Very friendly quick and professional! Would use him again!

Our car completely and suddenly lost all oil, stopped running in Bryson city NC, on Christmas Eve. Nothing was open, no cars to be had, and all the family stranded 140 miles from home. Rusty at Reservation auto and wrecker loaned us one of his own vehicles to get us back home in time to enjoy Christmas Eve and day with the family, and towed our car back to Chattanooga on Christmas day afternoon! Straight up above and beyond the standard service by far! They are our 2016 Christmas miracle this year!
