Was in town for a wedding and had my thermostat sensor go out. They were able to get me in, check the warning sensor, get it changed, and out the door in an hour so I could make the wedding and do the 10 hour drive home the next day without worrying. Great service and efficient workers.

Had an appointment to get my serpentine belt and tensioner replaced. And I was supposed to get two tires put on the back but they won't have them till tomorrow so I have to go back. Very friendly, professional and very busy.

I called to have my car left over night to have something looked at. They made me make an appointment for two weeks out. I came to the appointment, told them I was waiting there for them to look at the car. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes and they hadn't even moved my car to start looking at it. Meanwhile, other people were walking in and I watched their cars go straight back. There is clearly favoritism at play here. Go to Parrish Auto in Jonesville if you need something fixed.

While traveling for work, I had a flat tire and my vehicle didn't come with a spare. North Elkin tire came to the hotel and plugged the tire so I could drive it back to their shop and get it fixed properly with a patch. Great customer servce!

I love the way they take care of my car and truck. They will let you know if there is any type of problems that may becoming up in future. They do not charge you crazy amounts like the dealers do.

Had an issue traveling through on the way to Charolette. This place was literally a Godsend. They worked me in on what was obviously a very busy day and I was back on the road in just a few hours. The entire staff went out of their way to help us. Super heroes in my book! Thanks for everything!!

Had rear rotors replaced and tires rotated. Modern Toyota had resurfaced rotors and my brakes were quite noisy. I have done business with NE Tire for years and always received good service. Good people.

They are really great people. They won’t do anything to your car that doesn’t need doing. They are really friendly people and the wait time wasn’t very long at all. They will always have my business

Traveling from Ohio to Charleston SC, we experienced an engine misfire, with a code showing it was the number one cylinder. It's in a difficult spot in the back of the engine, and not having the proper tools, I couldn't change it myself.

Being a Sunday, no shop was opened. I called a mobile mechanic who wasn't available either and since he couldn't get it until the next evening, suggested North Elkin Tire and Automotive. He said they did excellent work and may be able to get me in early the next morning.

They were very professional, polite and serviced our van quickly. We were on our way in just over an hour.

I talked with advisor and tech, and they did a great job, fixing alignment done by previous shop(very bad). Definitely recommend

We were new to the area and North Elkin Tire was recommend to us. We purchased a set of tires and we returned twice for them to be rotated. I suddenly noticed that the inside of the tires were worn slick after only 14,000 miles. I visited their office to ask why during two rotations no one with their Company had the courtesy or profession responsibility to let us know that we had a problem with the front end. The answer was WE'RE SORRY!!

I will Never buy another set there and will not be shy to express my experience.

Stopped in on last minute notice to get a tire dismounted from a wheel. They took the wheel in and stripped the tire off in no time. Chatted with the nice folks up front while waiting. Very happy with the super reasonable price and service. I see why they have such great reviews.

I now have North Elkin Tire and Automotive saved in my favorites if I ever find myself in the area with automotive needs. Thanks again!

Lost a tire on I77, gentlemen were very accomodating and got the job done very quickly (despite me absolutely annihilating the tire by driving on it). The mechanics also fixed up my flat spare on said car, very professional and incredibly quick response. Very thankful!

Mike, Danny and Mandy are Great to work with and always get my problems resolved! The whole staff is very Friendly and have always went out of their way to help me anyway they can! I would give them a A+ rating!

I highly recommend this business. Was on a trip from Charlotte back to Ohio and my vehicle started overheating. Headed there first thing in the morning, they were able to work my vehicle in, diagnose the problem, and had me back on the road. Vehicle ran perfect the rest of my five and half hours home. The customer service was incredible and the mechanic did a fantastic job. Their prices were extremely reasonable. They went above and beyond to help me out. Thankful for North Elkin Tire and Automotive.

I was going on a long drive, and I needed a tire replaced. I called around, got the best price, and went up there. My big mistake. I asked them to check the air pressure in my other tires and replace one. They proceeded to thump the tires and check tread. Didn't even bother to do what i asked. The also changed my tire in the front of the business like it was a side show attraction. The worst part: they barely tightened my lugs that hold the tire on. The service person acted like he didn't care and didn't want too. Later that day, I had a friend tighten them for me, and they were barely on.
I may go back and buy my tires from there, but I refuse to have them installed there. Save your money folks and go to a reputable tire service.

March 14, 2022 I had an appointment for 2:30 for an inspection. I arrived about 2:20. They inspected my car and I was on my way at 2:45. Thank you North Elkin Tire.

I’ve been doing business with North Elkin Tire since they opened and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for all my automotive service needs. Mike & Danny Slawter are always willing to help and work you in for emergency situations. All of their staff are just as nice and polite. While on a road trip from NC to NY, I picked up a piece of metal in one of my tires. Unfortunately, I had to get the tire replaced but the guys at the shop were great. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. For anyone local to the area, or if you have a roadside “emergency” like I did, I would recommend their business. Thank You.

The service took way too long. My appointment was at 1 PM to get four new tires and an alignment done. They were moderately busy but not slammed by any means. The only employee they had who was able to do alignments was not there, and they said they didn’t know when he would be back. They went ahead and did my four tires, and they did it well to their credit, but the alignment employee did not arrive until 3 PM, two hours after my appointment was scheduled. I had to sit around for over an hour just waiting for him to show up. The other employees seemed reasonably competent at installing tires, but the scheduling was extremely unprofessional because I made the appointment days in advance but they couldn’t get there staff there to do the work.

There are NO words to adequately thank this business. I’m pretty sure they literally saved our lives. My husband, myself and our 3 kids were heading north and far from home. Our van started shaking horribly. It felt dangerous. We pulled off the highway to figure things out. We called at 5:00 on a Friday night, they close at 5:30. These wonderful people got us right in and found how close we were to an extreme blowout. They fixed us right up and got us back on the road safely. Once again… We can’t thank them enough!

These people were absolutely the best. Great prices, great attitudes make you really feel welcomed while waiting. They went above and beyond to help me out today. I own my own business and I needed a set of brakes and I couldn’t find them anywhere. They got on the phone and called everyone until they found them. They didn’t have to do that but they did. They really do look out for their customers. Thanks for everything.

I cannot say enough about Jonathan and his team at Mocksville Beroth Tire! Over the last year, I have had several vehicles serviced there. Everything that was done was professionally done and I was kept apprised of all additional services that were needed before they were done. Because of this, I recommended several of my coworkers to use their services. Every single one was pleased with the service they received.

I was in town with my husband, 2 years old daughter and puppy. We had just arrived and I dropped my husband off at his work site. Soon after, my car started giving me issues trying to start up. I went to a local auto store hoping it was the battery. But no they said I needed a mechanic.

I went to North Elkin Tire and Automotive and first met Michael, told him my story and he advised they were full. He was so nice he even started to call other mechanics in the area to check their availability before he sent me around town. I asked for a screw driver to clean my terminals. Next thing I know everyone was very active to help me get back up and running.

Thanks to Jackie for triple checking my battery, which it ended up being the issue and I was on my way. Thank you Michael, Jackie and everyone who didn’t just send me away. When I know you were very busy.

The folks were super busy here, but they managed to squeeze me in because I told them I had temperature-sensitive groceries in my car. Originally, I meant to either make an appointment for the following week or come back at a more convenient time, but I was out of there with brand new front tires in less than two hours!
They were pretty brisk, but also polite about it. And since I got two Michelin tires and a full synthetic oil change, I'd say I got my money's worth and then some. Winter is coming, y'know? I also like the fact they didn't try to sell me services I didn't need unless I specifically requested it.

4 hours into a 13 hour trip our car wouldn't go above 20mph. We got towed to this place unannounced and they took in our car immediately. Barely 2 hours later our car was fixed and running perfectly and we were able to get back on the road. Incredibly nice people and incredible service.
