Would not recommend this place. Took my car here it was hit head on and they repaired my car it was pulling to the right they didn’t do a alignment so it still pulls to the right had a check engine light on that came back on so all they did was delete the codes and sent it on! Basically put a band aid on it I am not happy with the results they just see your vehicle as a quick insurance check I tried to talk to them and they just acted like they didn’t want to here what I had to say and they were done with it. The paint job wasn’t bad but that’s the only thing I feel was right.
They did a fantastic job on my car repair kept me updated throughout the whole entire time via text and receptionist was very nice and accommodating even had the car running with keys in it when I came to pick up because it was raining out
Updated regularly. Car ready before date it was to be completed. Rhonda handled everything quickly and efficiently and made a bad experience easier to handle. Car looks fantastic
The repairs made to my truck were perfect. I would say the paint is better than when i bought it new. Like glass. Repairs were quick and everyone there was nice and kept me informed. Would highly recommend
A deer ran into my car and caused considerable damage. My son in law recommended iAuto and I am so glad he did! I had the privilege of working with Edgar, Rhonda, and Scott! They were awesome! They kept me updated. They were very kind and understanding and helpful with the whole process! I would definitely recommend iAuto! They are the BEST! My car looks FABULOUS and I got it back way before I thought I would!

These are some amazing people. They fixed my car washed waxed and buffed it cleaned it and it smelled great when I picked it up. They got it done in a timely manner they are great. If you ever need your car fixed this is who I would definitely take it to They are nice and fast. Take your vehicle here if you need it fixed
Never done an accident claim before ladies in Front sat down walked us through the process of what to expect and do. Didn't sugar coat anything, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I hit a deer in the wee hours of Valentines Day morning. I brought my car to iAuto Collison Center. They did an AWESOME job! I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs body work.
My car was sent to their Forest City office where it took 3 1/2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get it repaired. I have not had any issues with the quality of work. My review is due to my experience with being given 3 different dates my car would be ready and the extra charges billed to my insurance company and myself.
Tim, Malisa and Miranda have done an amazing paint job on my car. Not only was the cost better than Wares Auto, the superbness of the paint job was beyond my expectations. If I had more stars to give I would. I highly recommend iauto. They all deserve a raise in that place.
I hit a deer about a month ago and brought it to this place and they done an amazing job on my vehicle. I had to have alot of stuff replaced on it and new hood and paint job and they made it look brand new and paint job very well done. I would definitely recommend this place if you need services done
Iauto went above and beyond my expectations after hitting a deer in my husbands truck, not only did they fix the massive dent the deer left behind they matched the paint perfect. You can’t tell there was any damage done. They kept me in the loop through the whole process and were very professional through it all. 10/10 recommend

As per usual, the folks at iAuto did an amazing job on my car after a deer strike recently.
The accident completely disabled my car and damaged not only stock parts but aftermarket components, and with insurance approval, iAuto completely restored the vehicle - including ordering long-lead parts - in 6 weeks total. This was longer than I'd have liked, but that was almost completely outside their control.
If you need quality restoration work done after an accident or even small damage repaired, this is THE local source!
iAuto did an excellent job on my son's WRX. The only thing not damaged on the passenger side was the front door and they managed to line all the body parts up almost seamlessly. The paint blending is flawless and they went above and beyond by replacing a custom sticker so it matched the other side. The repairs were finished early and they kept us informed as the job progressed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better team of people to work with. I would, and do, highly recommend this company.
iAuto took great care of us! All work completed is excellent. They completed everything on schedule as promised, and maintained contact along the way so we knew how progress was going. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the interior had been detailed when we picked it up.
Quality work, timely notification of work in process, excellent serviced vehicle - clean and ready to go. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would of gave 5 stars but there was scheduling follow up issues - we have had 4 different family cars use this business and this was the first time we had some communication issues with scheduling. Recommend this business highly.
Customer service was fantastic. Not only did I receive timely text messages regarding the repair process but Charlie called personally to confirm. The whole iAuto Team was friendly and professional. I could not be more pleased with the results; my 2005 F150 looks better than new!
When we had a big storm come through our town and my car was messed up and there was only one place that came to mind!! I Auto looked at my car gave an estimate in less than 15 minutes and I was thrilled to know it was in very capable hands 🙌. The girls up front treat you as family and took care of everything from rental car to handling anything else that came up with the insurance!! The guys in the shop ( Edgar and Charlie) are very upfront and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work😁 I would recommend them for any repair work you may need from minor to major 🤩

Two words: phenomenal service. Fast, fair, affordable, and above all, quality service from quality people. I went from being stranded on the highway in a dead car to driving the car off the iAuto Collision Center lot in about two hours. I was amazed at how quickly they fixed my car, and comforted by the very friendly and relaxed staff. The price was totally reasonable, and the service was exceptional. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to these wonderful folks going forward. I wish I'd known about them the last time I was stuck in such a pickle!
