Stopped at this store because my vehicle overheated again. Was able to purchase the products necessary to get my vehicle running smoothly again. This visit required another bottle of blue devil head gasket repair and replacement antifreeze. The staff member that was there that morning was accommodating to my situation as I needed to let my vehicle idle for 50 minutes and it was 15° outside. He ran the heater so I could warm up and we exchanged pleasant and relevant conversation during this time as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone with automotive needs.
My battery died while I was at Dollar General Marketplace off of Crescent road in Rockwell. I called AutoZone and one of their employees came and picked me up to buy a battery and then drove me back to my car and installed it. I don’t know his name but I was driving a gray Honda Civic. I wanna say thanks to that young man.
Went to get the battery cause I was proud of myself because I found it online. The guy beat me to the battery!!!He beat me to the punch!!! He carried it to the register for me!!! It was awesome I appreciate it.
I was having some issues with my car and my husband (the mechanic) was at work. He told me to go to AutoZone and have a diagnostics test ran. A fella by the name of Robert (didn't catch his last name) was happy to help me. I know that I need a new alternator. Hopefully he will be the one to sell the new one to me. Great job Mr. Robert (Rob) and thank you for all your help.
The staff is very helpful I appreciate all the amazing work they do I was able to get me a new car battery the guy remanded me to get strongly best they had for a longer lasting thank you AutoZone my Civic runs like a champ ☺️
Wrong part two trips to get right part. Employee would not talk to me second time too get correct part ask twice when purchased part to check still wrong part spent more time getting correct part than to replace part sad service glad for advance auto I fixed problem.weak knowledge on auto parts sad!!!!!!
Okie so they are super nice employees they have a great store and great service I loved it and I normally do not like having to go to stores but this place is the best I am kid btw!!!! :)
Sales people are nice, some are a bit inexperienced but will do their best to help you and find what your looking for. And if on a budget they will find the cheapest but reliable part you need. Nice..
The salesman was friendly and knew what he was doing. He looked up the dash cover for my car in just a few minutes and found me exactly what I wanted. I also purchased 2 seat covers. I was in and out of there in approx 20 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
These guys don't hover...they let me come in, get what I need, and go. If I do need to get a part from the back the employees have always been helpful and courteous.
Easy to get in and out quick, just needed a small item and didn't want to go to the big box store. Staff was very attentive, once he knew what I wanted he got it, and got me checked out quick.
Very friendly and helpful employees. Sometimes understaffed and there is a lone, but its worth the wait as they are very knowledgable and easy to work with.
Bought a serpentine belt because the old belt broke. The next day as my wife drove 30 miles to work the new belt shredded. Paid for towing to repair shop and $98 cost of repair. Notified Autozone the next day. Within hours the district manager called me and said to go to store and there they would have a full reimbursement of expenses from the faulty belt. Paid it ALL! No question that this wouldn't be typical action of other parts stores in the area. Super customer service! Very pleased and highly recommended.
The teller helped me get the parts I needed and very polite he was very helpful they need more workers like him and I am going to tell everyone I no that's were they need to go get there parts
Because of this one store I will never shop AutoZone again. Apparently each store can make up their own rules as to how they proceed with warranty issues. If you need great service and good parts there are three other great parts stores within a half mile I would Strongly suggest going to one of those .
Great customer service! Got me the correct batter and installed it for me along with my windshield wipers, which I'm sure he didn't want to do but he was very kind of doing it! Will be back for any other auto needs.
they are ripping their customers off and don't care about customers I ordered a bearing kit a couple months ago it was shipped missing parts they won't return even though it's still under warranty their trying to say I took the parts out or someone else did the kit was also previously sold and returned by another customer back in February of 2014 if you want to buy auto parts from some one who cares about their customers go to advance they take care of any return with no hassle or questions
