Me and my dad went to return an alternator that was not good in a car and they didn’t want to take it back so that we can get our money back. My dad does not trust Advance Auto because of this. He had took the car somewhere else and they tested the alternator and it was bad. Got a second alternator and it tested bad in the car as well. We think that Advance charges too much for a remanufactured alternator because we went to an online only auto store and got a brand new one for cheaper. We haven’t had any problems with the online auto store.

Staff is knowledgeable, The driver James is a Master Technican and basically diagnosed our work truck after we had it at 3 shops. Will continue to get my business.

They had what I needed but the guy that waited on me was not a happy person I joked he said nothing not even a smile oh well bad day I guess

Way too expensive. I bought a jug of antifreeze for 14.99 and i got the same brand same type of coolant at Walmart for 9.99!

Went in to buy my favorite Mobil 1 oil because it was on sale. My vehicle takes nine quarts of oil, meaning I would have to buy two 5 quart jugs. However the sale is for one 5 quart jug and a filter and the second jugs was going to be the full price of $37.00. Decided to put the jugs back on the shelve and go do to the local Wal-Mart due to the price difference.
