NO WAY EVER AGAIN!!! Brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado in to have diagnostic of check engine light and sensor warning lights. Checked on truck every couple of days for over a week. They told us each time we called, they were testing it would be a few more days. When they finally finished with the diagnostic, we were told we needed a full motor replacement. We went to get the truck to get a second opinion, before having repairs done. When we drove out of their parking lot the oil pressure would not read. Pulled over and opened the hood. The motor had NOT BEEN FULLY PUT BACK TOGETHER !!! Checked the oil. NO oil showed on the dipstick. Took the truck back to them. Mechanic said he forgot to put in oil and put the motor back together. However, he didn't forget to put the parts that should have been on the motor IN THE BACK SEAT!! Am I disappointed? Yes! How much damage was done because of their negligence that we now have to pay for????
We were in Madison for medical situation with my brother, and discovered we needed a seal and air bags for our pickup. Just knew we were going to get stuck with a big bill and not sure what kind of service we would get being from out of state. However, to our amazement the southern hospitality shown through . And we found a mechanic that my husband (a mechanic for 48 years himself) actually trusted to do the work. That doesn’t happen often. This place is top notch, friendly, clean, thorough, and didn’t break the bank . The Pickup was in and out in no time. Cannot say enough good about this young man, his employees , and shop. We Would recommend them above all others. Too bad they aren’t closer to Nebraska . Thank you , thank you and thank you again .
The CP Truck & Automotive team have been extremely patient and supportive in replacing the engine on our family SUV. We've never had to deal with a car issue of this magnitude and they have answered our questions and honored their warranty without complaint. Their honest about what really needs attention and what can wait for our other cars. Very professional group.
Everyone we worked with went above and beyond. We had an issue with our extended warranty and they did more than expected when helping work through the issue. Service was timely and I have no doubts in the quality of work. Would absolutely use them again!
Too expensive. Chose to come here since I live near by but regret doing so. Price was discussed prior to and not a surprise however, price was excessive. I suggest people shop around prior to agreeing.
I love, love, love CP Auto Services. As a single woman on a budget; I’m use to getting ripped off, but these guys are different. My quote at one shop was $1,500, but here it was $300 and only one side needed repair, not both. I’m a customer for life!
The great services I received by everyone from the office staff and Randall to the experience of a professional experienced tech. My Auto was repaired and the most reasonable rate I ever could have guessed. My Kia had a window that would not work. Kia Battleground over charged me for a temp fix. Tire Max in Stokesdale charged me 300 plus for a diagnostic and wanted for 400 to fix . My son told me about this business as he had a recent great experience.
So thankful I found this shop! Friendly, honest & trustworthy folks who work diligently & don’t price gouge. Charlene at the front desk is just as sweet as can be :) Thank y’all for taking care of my Camry!
I went and asked about having an inspection done on my car & what time could they do it… it was going to be after lunch. My mom was in the hospital getting ready to come home so I asked if I could leave it and come back at the end of the day and they agreed with no hesitation. As I went to call my neighbor to come get me, they told me they would be more than happy to take me home and when I got back home from running all of my errands I called them and they came straight to pick me up. You can’t go just anywhere and get this kind of service. And they are the friendliest people you will ever meet. I will not go anywhere else!
I went to CP Truck & Automotive Solutions twice last week since my care had a flurry of issues pop up suddenly and they helped me each time promptly and with the nicest staff. The ladies that answered my calls each time were always very patient and kind in breaking down the price of things piece by piece. Then the wonderful gentleman Randall who also works at the front kindly helped me contact a previous mechanic that had not been as wonderful as CP Truck & Automotive Solutions. He helped me to get the help I needed to get a repair I needed covered under warranty since the other mechanic had been unkind and most of all unhelpful. However, the group of staff at CP from the front desk managers to the mechanics themselves are all wonderful people who are willing to sit and explain things to you and offer you the best solution they can. I will always go back to them for any repairs or diagnostics I ever need in the future. Thank you again to the fantastic team at CP Truck & Automotive Solutions!

The CP truck technicians will fix your vehicle in a very reasonable cost, even Toyota dealership couldn't diagnose and fix it.

I found this shop on the Jasper motor website while searching for someone to install a new motor in my expedition. I spoke to Randall (service advisor) on the phone about my situation. He ordered my new motor from Jasper and had it in the shop in just a few weeks and it took about 3 days to install. They did a great job and explained everything to me. I am extremely pleased with their work and I totally trust their advice. You would be smart to look them up!
After over a month and having my vehicle at 2 different shops, I brought it to CP Truck and Automotive Solutions. They not only diagnosed it quickly, they finished it before the promised completion time. They were very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. I am a customer for life! CP Truck & Automotive Solutions EXCEEDED my expectations in every way possible! They were able to look at my vehicle in 24 hours, they didn't have towing personally, but called a tow for me and made my experience as easy & efficient as humanly possible!! They allowed me to leave my vehicle there under circumstances beyond my control for a week while I made arrangements to get my issue resolved. Charlene & the mechanic team went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. I will be utilizing their services for routine maintenance on my new vehicle and I highly recommend that you do as well. Prices are reasonable and customer service is worth 7 stars! Great experience, I highly recommend!!
My husband and I planned a vacation to Boone we were pulling our fifth wheel trailer with our puppy. Off to the mountains for a wonderful vacation then BAM! We broke down in Greensboro. Of course, our vehicle is a diseal truck and not everyone knows how to repair them. We called a handful or more places. I was so stressed out and just cried to random people ( hotel staff, nice lady at the repair shop) that I would call to fix my vehicle. I was referred to CP truck and spoke with Randall and Roger they said we can see you today. Oh yes....cried to them too!!!! Even though they had a full schedule. They did the diagnostics on the truck and figured out the issue. Then they called and searched for the part no where to be found so they ordered the part for tomorrow. They even let us use their loaner truck to drive around and to go back to our hotel. When I say the Absolute best place and people in town! I truly mean it!!!! Not from this area and stressed to no end....and these wonderful people saved the day and our trip they truly went above and beyond of what anyone can expect from a business.. if you are in the area please know that you can always count on these people!

Great and friendly place to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road. Theses guys excellent with any diesel or fuel vehicles with multiple years of experience! If you have a problem they will fix it. Theses guys work hard at their job make sure that every customer is pleased 100% with any repair or service. They are very respectful and courteous with every customer they treat you like you should be treated. So come see theses guys you won't be disappointed I know I wasn't!
