I will only trust my car and my family's cars at this shop. They have always done the work right and have even fixed mistakes other shops have done. Prices are in line with other shops as well. For me trust is everything when it comes to my car!
Had a flat tire in the Japanese restaurant parking, where the valve stem sunk in. Took it off and went to Tire Max. Man came out to talk to me about the tire and he plugged the tire where it was a nail, cleaned my wheel because I had previously put a tube in it because of a slow leak. He patched the tube as well. Very fair price and they got me done quickly since it was during lunch. I asked if I could tip him because I know some places don't allow it.
I'm writing this because if you get great service, look after the people.

Multiple visits there. This one. No different, with great expedient professional experience from the desk to the mechanics. Always a great go-to for any of my auto service needs not just tires.
I had made an appointment for 12:00.....but due to not so great weather...I was contacted to see if I was going to make the appointment. I said yes but could I possibly come earlier. I was told yes so after a good workout at the gym I took my car to Tire Max. There were several things that needed their attention and after a not too long wait, it was all finished! I was pleasantly surprised at the time it took and the cost was close to what I was planning! They did a great job and I will definitely return! Thank you guys!
I would rate higher based on the speed of the work, but I cant rate higher because they charged me $750.00 for a part they got from Advance Auto that retails for 229.00. When question later about it all they could say was that the prices are set by "Corporate", which I found out later is Sun Auto. These guys are worse than a dealership because Mopar part at the dealership is 259.00. I thought a local business would be better, but I was way off on this one. I was fed several lines of BS and I fell for it because I was happy to get my truck fixed so quickly. Those guys got me good! Don't let it happen to you
We had to take our son’s truck in to get serviced because there was something leaking. I called around and was able to get an appointment on Saturday at 2:00 pm. After the initial diagnostic, we were told that it was leaking oil from a failed oil cooler. He told us that they could have the part there within minutes and get the job done that day before closing. With school and work, we jumped on it. We were quoted a price for the part and labor. I questioned the cost of the part because it was quoted at $729!! He said he ordered the “upgraded part”, which was made of aluminum, not plastic, so the part would not fail again. ? The manufacturer doesn't even make the part with plastic anymore, due to this common problem, so I'm not sure exactly what he was upgrading. Total repair would be over $1300. I wish I had taken the time to price the part beforehand. After the service was complete and we paid, we got a call back from the dealership in Eden that we had also contacted. The part was quoted at $229 at the dealership. The entire job at the dealership would have been about the price that Tire Max charged for just the part! I checked the price of the part at Advanced Auto, who delivered the part to Tire Max. $229!!! The part, directly from Mopar, was $279. Tire Max put a $500 mark up on the part. When I went back and spoke to the manager about this, he said Sun Auto, who now owns Tire Max, is the one who sets the prices and markups on parts. There was nothing they could do about it, they were “sorry”. A $500 mark up on a part is absolutely insane! I have no complaints about the employees there, other than the “upgrade” comment. Everyone was very professional and courteous. But please be aware that if your vehicle requires a part, you may be charged over three times what the part actually costs. There is absolutely no justification for this. It's simply corporate greed. I have cashed corporate and left 3 messages and was told I would be contacted. They have not cashed me back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Labor charges tend to be higher than most and they markup more than double the price of the parts they use.
I called the Dodge dealership for the same repair and they were less expensive. But that's on me, I should have shopped around better. They did jump right on my repair with no delays.
The workers were very nice and courteous. They informed me the prices that I requested quotes on and instead of me having to wait until Thursday or Friday to get my car fixed. They let me go to return an item up the street and let me come right back to fix my car.
Was short on time and needed my car inspected. Cody, Jake, and the crew were fantastic. Got me in. Got me out.
The guys also gave me some helpful info on upcoming car care and even worked up quotes for me. No pressure from them on this at all. Just friendly customer service. Thanks Guys. ⭐
tire max 10/10 recommend for alignments, 3 other shops aligned my truck and never got it right, tire max never heard of the shop, called em up and set up an appointment the same day, in and out in an hour and got this 30 year old truck right on the
nail, pricy but you get what you pay for, i would 100% use them again, nice and respectful people and they explain everything to you after work is done

Tire Max of Madison is my go to for car repairs. They are thorough and fair. I appreciate Cody coming out to explain the repairs and being straightforward with the cost.
Love how they keep me informed of how it’s going. I always feel like I’m getting a little extra but I have a feeling everyone does. And I love waiting in the rocking chairs..now if you could just get my HGTV back.
Cody and his crew are always friendly, courteous and efficient. They recommend things but don’t insist that you have it done. This is the only place I take my car for servicing and tires.
Tire Max in Madison are the only ones allowed to service my car! They have serviced my car for the last 5 or 6 years! Friendly service and excellent work. Always honest and up front with you. And their service is top notch. Tire Max…. You rock!

I recommended this place to my mom while she was visiting. She had a check engine light on her car, and the shop near her home had not been able to fix it. Tire Max fixed her car in just a few hours! It has been about two weeks and her car is still running great.

Have used Max Tire for years and despite being under new ownership, they continue to offer a superior level of service. Cody, (located at the Madison NC branch) was more than courteous and helpful to all those that I witnessed walking into the store. Keep up the good work.
The guys at this Tiremax location are always so kind and explain everything thoroughly about my vehicle. They always work me in when I call to make an appointment and are quick to get me in and out when in the shop. Highly recommend!

This shop is still impeccable when it comes to service. Ian helped me with an oil change and replacement tires for my Jeep. Such a hands down nice guy! Stacy was the tech that did the work and also, just as personable and professional as they come. Lastly, one of the biggest things that I look for when I spend my money somewhere is how they treat my children. They spoke to and laughed with my kids, and didn’t bat an eye when a tire accidentally went rolling across the waiting area. That makes the biggest difference, and I will continue to give them my business and spread the word of their awesome customer service!
