Excellent customer service and friendly people

Victoria and Cindy went above and beyond helping me figure out what was wrong with my car and getting me the right part! Definitely recommend going here!

Highly do NOT recommend going here. They gave me the wrong serpentine belt, I put it on and it wrapped around the fan when I started the car.

We got the wrong part, 3 times... but each time we brought it back, they worked with us to figure out the issue until we finally got it resolved.

Changed wipers and staff was friendly.

I enjoy coming to this specific location. The store itself is always neat, and they have excellent customer service, the young gentleman Dillon is always willing to help and go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. I can tell he cares about his role as assistant manager and takes the job serious.

You get what u get at a big box store

The Customer Service is OFF the CHAIN, Mr.Dillon helped me with finding what size rotor i needed for my 4runner, i ordered off rock-Auto and received to small of rotors apparently and i got the correct ones same day thanks again!

Really helpful. I blew an upper radiator hose and was able to repair it. Usinng parts and tools in the parking lot, I was back on the road half an hour later!

Each of the Staff members were friendly and very helpful I broke down 4:30 in the morning travelling to Kentucky from Jacksonville, Florida I was able to get a replacement serpentine belt and the tools necessary to get the job done once they opened, Overall Polk County was very kind and hospitable to us.

Nice and clean location. Friendly service. All I needed was a quart of oil, and within seconds a associate assisted me with it, and the nice part was he gave me some paper since I was going to check my oil level. Small details are what matter! Kudos..

The younger staff has definitely come up a ways since this site began, the staff is also helpful! Clean and well stocked store. Would recommend

Very professional & knowledgeable. Great advice & took their time and shared knowledge and helped me get a problematic HOOD OPEN... I BOUGHT A new Water pump--thermostat---Aviation sealer, which I prefer for a sealant. Kudos to the team at MY local O O O O'Reilies... I'll be going back!!!!!

They made me drive 45 minutes to tell me the same thing they said over the phone... that they dont have the part...

Thought they had better parts than the rest they're really not much different
