I’ve been to this location several times. Management seems to change often. Unfortunately, I will not go back. I went there today and asked for an alignment check and I was told they couldn’t do it because I have spacers. Yes, my wheels are aftermarket but not a major problem this place told me it was. They scared me and told me my vehicle wasn’t safe. First I confirmed from the source that I didn’t have spacers. I called and talked to Dave mgr and he said if his men say I have spacers then he believes them. I took it to Firestone whom gave me a second confirmation that there were no spacers on my vehicle wheels. The mechanics who told me 100% that I had spacers need to go back to school. I wasn’t sure about spacers but recently learned a little before I went there because I was shopping for wheels. Smdh! ?

As always my experience is Top Notch!!! Service is excellent!!! I recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues living in this area. I trust them over the dealership, now that says a lot. I will continue to take my vehicle there for all services needed. Thanks guys, you all are the best!!!!

After the crazy snowstorm we just got, my skid plate was full of ice and dragging the ground. I panicked because I worried it was something more serious, and I was supposed start a brand-new job the very next day. Not only did they fit me in less than an hour before they closed with no appointment, but they were kind, cleaned off the skid plate and screwed it back on for me. Shout out to Dave! He went above and beyond! I will be recommending this place- and as someone new to the area, I will be returning for future maintenance!

I went in at 4pm to get my brakes done and they literally got me in and out within an hour!! Customer service was phenomenal!! 10 out of 10 will be back to get my oil changed next week.

Keegan was very knowledgeable every step of the way & even invited us back to see what was going to be repaired. Staff that we came in contact with was friendly & professional as well. My repair was done in a timely manner. I was even told about the credit card by Keegan which I applied for & was approved.

Awesome service. I had a flat tire and they got me 2 new tires and had them on my vehicle in less time than they had estimated. Even bought me a water since they were out. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going here for my car service. They’ve been helpful and quick with work ranging from tire changes to engine work. When I needed a part replaced after a repair, they fixed it same day at no cost. The staff is professional and transparent about what your car needs.

I took my vehicle for a regular oil change. I was told my vehicle needed brakes asap. Exact words were “terrible”. The charge was over $500. I took my vehicle to another shop where I personally assisted in removing the tires and the brakes were good; nothing wrong with them. In fact the brakes still had the grooves. I will never bring my vehicles to Meineke and I do not recommend them to anyone. They tried to scam me out of a lot of money.

Please do not bring your car to this Meineke in Winterville if you care about your car. They claim that they do the free brake check when they service the car and this is not true. I changed my oil with them about 3 month ago and technically based on what they claim to do the courtesy brake check when you come for service they should have glagged anything they observed. When recently I was driving my car and I started hearing some noise when braking, I brought the car to Meineke to check if everyhting was fine. They told me that the brakes were all consumed in front and back and that the rotors were also bad. I asked them over the phone if they do courtesy brake check when the car is service with them? they said yes and I said that why did they not recommend me to change the brake the last time I came to them, they said that they have no record of performing oil change in my car recently. They said we have not seen your car for about one year and I replied that it is not true as my oil change due date is still 2 months away. They said that have no record of changing oil on my car, I asked them to check their sticker on my windshiled. He finally accepted that they performed oil change on my car recently based on the windshield sticker, but that he cannot find record in their computer and he concluded by saying that probable they did my oil change for free which is not true. Please I would not recommend going to Meineke in winterville if you have other option. I ended up fixing the car with them for more than $ 1200 and I feel like if they do care about their customers they should make necessary recommendations during car service. Crazy enough the car is not even fully fixed, they recommended additional $1300 to fully fix the issue. Thank you, Raphael

Very good customer service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The great attitude of the folks there tells me that they care about their work and they have managers who care about them and the customers. So glad I stopped in. I think I found my go-to maintenance shop! They explained all of the work they did and I think they valued my input and decisions.

Best service ever. We broke down late in the afternoon while grocery shopping. From what we observed we figured we had an alternator problem. Not knowing what services were in the area were fortunate to find this Meinike and contacted them. Dave said to bring it right in and they would get right on it. We got a quick tow approximately 3:30 and were taken right in. Tests were run and it was determined the alternator and battery were bad and a belt also needed replacement. We figured it would have to stay overnight and started making arrangements for a rental car. Dave said don’t worry we’ll get it done before closing at 6. And sure enough unless than 2 hours we were back on the road heading home to put our groceries up. They made what would normally turn out as a miserable ordeal quite bearable and accommodating. We even got to watch a great movie in the waiting area. Anyone in this area that need vehicle service I highly recommend going here.

Dave Smith is the man! My fiance took her vehicle in for an oil change and they got it done well and in a timely manner. Everyone is nice and friendly. I trust my family's vehicles to them if anything comes up!

Great customer service. Was explained and educated me on the repairs needed on my vehicle. They went above and beyond due to me being not being mechanically inclined. They even brought me out to to the vehicle to show me and explain the concerns. I am impressed with their digital inspection quality. MUCH BETTER THEN THEIR COMPETITION!!! Thanks Keegan and Dave!

I picked up a screw in my tire and was able to get it fixed within the time frame promised. It needed a new tire as it was on the side and the attendant found me a great tire for the price. Very pleased!

Outstanding service at Meineke Car Center! They took great care of my Range Rover and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The team was extremely pleasant, professional, and clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be back for future service.

I got a 4 wheel alignment. What I had a problem with was that I had a 1:30 appointment. And it was after 2:30 when my car was taken into the back. A gentleman came in after me for the same service while I was still waiting for my car to be serviced. And they told him. The wait would be an hour. Plus it took a little over an hour to service my car. My point is why making appointment for services. If they're not going to be on time with servicing you at the allotted time made for your appointment. Ijs... I did appreciate the work though.

This Meineke always does a great job. Friendly staff that always gets us in quick and calls promptly when the car is ready. This is our go-to spot for maintenance on all of our vehicles. It’s always tough to find good mechanics when you’re in trouble with car repairs but this shop is fair and fast. I can’t recommend them enough.

Please Go to the Winterville NC one. When I say Dave and Alex are the best hands down. You won't regret they give you the best service and price.

Some shady and dishonest practices take place at this location. I took my 4Runner here for a state inspection a few weeks ago since my primary mechanic’s shop is closed on the weekends. I sat there and waited for about an hour and a half, only to be told that the vehicle failed the inspection. The manager stated it was due to a “massive power steering leak” and that they’d be happy to take care of it for $1200, and the truck would pass. I declined this ridiculous offer, and told the guy that I’d rather take it to my usual mechanic to get it looked at, if the issue was truly that serious. He then asked me who my usual mechanic is, and why I didn’t just go there to begin with. I took this remark as his defense mechanism for me not falling for his absurd $1200 quote. I told him that this conversation reminded me about the time this same location quoted me $500 per axle for brake pads on this same vehicle. I had it done for way less at my mechanic. Anyways, after the truck failed inspection, I sat there waiting for another 45 minutes without an explanation. If the truck already failed, roll it back out, give me the keys, and let me be on my way. I took it to my mechanic the following week, explaining what was said to me at this Meineke location in regard to the power steering leak. My mechanic kept the truck for two days and informed me that they found the tiniest leak that they monitored closely. They stated that this leak is so minuscule, that it does not warrant any repairs at this time. The same was said about the oil leak that Meineke included on their report. Folks reading this; it is in your best interest to find an independent mechanic whom you can trust. Do not fall for these ridiculous prices and get unnecessary work done on your vehicles. This shop preys on gullible customers, and I am not one of them.

I wanted to share how Awesome this shop in Winterville are. Treated with Respect and Kindness. Came in for state inspection and staff (Dave) explained how I needed to fix my brakes (normal wear and tear). Explained my situation (Retired Military and Single Father). Dave took time to talk to me about how he understands and they worked with me on pricing and timing. It was nice to feel Real Customer Service and another person just talking to me was nice. We never know what’s behind someone’s eyes. Thank you

I called just before noon the other day and went into buy a key for my service on my car just before leaving on a trip. They took my car in and went over completely and expeditiously. It gave me a great deal of confidence in the car for the trip. Good job my Meineke!!

I went in for a simple car inspection. I walk in, the man helping me was very nice and told me it will be about 45 minutes. I said that’s fine and sat down. I was sitting there waiting for 2 and a half hours. I understand stuff can happen but damn. I finally see someone go out there and inspect my car. They pull it up on the computer in the lobby while i’m still sitting down and they proceed to start talking about how my car would’ve never passed inspection, this and that. The only thing wrong with it was my taillight being cracked and it passed like that for the past 2 years. Anyways, my problem is that it was very unprofessional to have sat there with my stuff pulled up on the computer in the lobby and talk/laugh about it. very rude and will never go back again, y’all also overcharge people like crazy.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL …. Took my car in for an oil change and THEY MESSED UP MY CAR …. I just bought mar car not even a month ago and it was running great and everything only thing I had to do was a oil change well I took my car to them and the same day after they did my oil change my car started overheating… it had never overheated since I had it well I took it back to them to look at … for them to say my water pump was broke but that was NOT ON THE SHEET OF PAPER THAT THEY GAVE ME …. Instead of doing an oil change and just that they decided to INSPECT MY CAR … my car ALREADY GOT INSPECTED THE DAY I BOUGHT … that’s how I knew about needing an oil change sooner or later … they messed up my car and wouldn’t take the blame for it they tried to charge me 1166.09 for a water pump …. When my water pump doesn’t cost that much … long story short had a whole different mechanic look at it and just like I thought THEY RIPPED IT !!! The mechanic said when they took all 4 tires off to look at it they must’ve cut it … but THEY TIRED TO TELL ME DIFFERENT… Good thing is my car is now FIX due to the MECHANIC THAT LOOK AT IT !!!

Stopped by for new brakes quote and was pleasantly surprised by their prices. Immediately scheduled an appointment to drop my car off the next morning. They dropped me off AND picked me up after work. Dave was so nice to work with. Highly recommend having your car serviced here.

I scheduled a drop off appointment for a warning light. Quick and easy drop off. They got back to me within a few hours with what the issue was, solution, how much it would cost, and time frame. Approved and got my car back same day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Dave Smith!

Brought in 2 vehicles to be inspected an hour before they closed. They said it would be a wait. They called within 45 mins apologized for the wait. I told them there was no need to apologize when I came in at the end of their day! The guys at the front desk were nice & professional.
