Always good advice and good inventory. Tonight in particular after 8p Giovante was a GREAT help diagnosing a battery and alternator issue. He got me what I needed to get back on the road.
The worst customer service experience. The lady who claimed to be the manager wanted me to wait a hour for one of her employee to return from break when there was three other employees working at the store. As a paying customer who purchased this battery from that store you would have thought that the customer service would have been more efficient and reliable. The so called manager also thought it hilarious when I called with a complaint. It is so sad that good customer service is hard to find.
Will NEVER come here again and I'm going to make sure my family don't either!!! My glove compartment wouldn't latch and I wanted to know if I needed to purchase anything or if I potentially needed to order something for it. I was parked in the handicapped parking space and I wasn't able to get out. The cashier was VERY rude to my son when he asked if he could help me by saying, "We don't do that here". I'm glad that Auto Zone was able to assist me with NO PROBLEM.
Total unprofessional! Would never use them again...Autozone it is. They ordered a part for me and it didn't come but when I got there they told me it was in another town so I drove there and part wasn't there. They wasted my time and .money and didn't even offer any type of nothing for my inconvenience! Horrible customer service!
This is my go to place for anything i find wrong with my car. if i need something to clean it, some additional items for the car, or new looks, I come here. walmart has things, but not as much as advance does. the staff here are usually nice and will offer help as well. Sometimes the wait is long, but its to be expected since alot of people need advice and help. this is a great place for vehicles.
Went there to pick up a UPS package. They told me three times in a row that the package wasn't there. Four days later I went by after contacting ups and them telling me that the package was definitely dropped off there and the guy said " it's been been here for days but I don't know what took you so long to come pick it up."
I went to Advanced Auto Parts this evening because I was having issues with my car battery draining. The first person I spoke to, Pilar, was seemingly helpful at first, but then came to a quick conclusion that the battery could be the only problem, although the battery was just replaced 6 months beforehand. He started to wheel a new battery out, but it didn’t seem right, so I got the other employee working to take a look at it. Jason was phenomenal. He helped me determine that the issue was not the battery, but there was something in my car that was still running even after I had turned off the car and drained the battery. Looking back at it now, it seemed like Pilar was just trying make a sale, but Jason was truly helpful and found the real issue with my vehicle. If you go to this Advanced Auto Parks, ask for Jason to assist you.
Sold me the wrong blinker bulb after guaranteed that it was the correct one opened the bulbs tried to replace my blinker and it didn't fit then would not return my money When I brought the item back that did not fit my vehicle

Fast, accurate, and friendly service. I placed an online order to be picked up in the store, and everything was ready to pick up at the given time also everything was correct. The staff was very very friendly from the money I walked in.
Great store! I placed my order online via Speed Perks before arriving. When I went to pick up my order from the Winterville NC store Kevin & Brittany took care of me and my order. I had a few questions in regard to troubleshooting a problem with my brakes. They were eager to help me and provide possible ideas/solutions!!
Staff always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they do not have the product That I need. It is always clean and spacious. Products are displayed perfectly
Needed oil for my car as well as a scratch repair kit. Very helpful sales person explained range of oil in performance * cost. Helped me to locate a Turtle Wax kit to repair a scratched area. Told manager the clerk provided excellent service. We also purchase windshield wipers at this store & staff installs them. Very convenient.
Needed batteries for my keyfob. They replaced them for me and gave me the package so I'd know for next time. Customer service and friendliness: EXCELLENT!
Great and helpful service here. I was able to get the help I needed and the right parts. I've been to several different auto zones and advance autos, and being able to have people who actually know what I'm looking for is hard to come by in these stores. The guy Ken was exceptionally helpful. I would recommend this store to friends and family.

There is a gentleman that has been there a while dark blonde hair maybe in his late 30’s that has always been the first to ask me if I need help today he took my list and made sure I was getting the right oil! There is a girl I believe her name is Brittany dark hair maybe early 20’s I came in couple of weeks ago for first time in awhile and I came back today she remembered me from my last visit and it really blew my mind that someone remembered my last visit and why I was there that is so awesome! I love this store what a great team you have here !
Clean retail area. Most are knowledgeable. Manager Ryan is a horses you know what. In the middle of trying to check out and conversation, he answered a ringing phone and began helping that customer. Another employee ended up checking me out.
Go to another auto advance. Service is always slow and lazy. Manager wouldn't give a refund after one of his employees failed to give a receipt for two transactions. He pulled up my purchase and seen $300+ was spent. Needed one item returned and he refused. He then got upset and walked off. Everything in there is overpriced
Friendly but not all that knowledgeable. Got an alternator for my vehicle, which was the only option in the area at the time, was used for 3 days and then when I went to trade it out for a better one, which I was going to pay the extra cost, I was told that they can't do anything about it because they aren't sure about the policy. Said it was a working alternator, so they can't mark it as new or defective. So basically was told I could come back when it's in stock and just trade it out, but when I try to do that, it's a no go. Great stuff.
My husband and I went there for valve caps..when we were ready to pay absolutely no one acknowledged us..we waited and waited at the counter..there was only one customer and us..one of the workers was in an aisle and he saw we were ready to pay and he just totally ignored us..then finally someone else came from the back didn't ask us if we needed help and ignored us too. We left and left the valve caps.
Awesome service. We went in for a gas cap and decided to replace the dying battery as well. After price shopping around prior they had the best price, warranty, free installation, online ordering with 20% off, in-store pickup, with a future rebate! Plus the two men one younger and older were very friendly professional and efficient with our battery installation. I actually am looking for a reason to go back and shop there again! I would highly recommend this location for good customer service and affordability!
These guys were awesome. I've been to pretty much every auto parts stores in Greenville. But these guys were the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They bent over backwards to make sure I had all the information I needed to make important repairs and find the parts I needed at affordable prices so my family can ride in safety. Thanks guys.
