Jamie was very helpful, knowledgeable and got us back on the road quickly. He was personable and explained everything well as to how he was fixing the problem.
Derek was absolutely amazing! He towed my Excursion and made what could’ve been a super stressful situation feel easy and calm. He showed up quickly, was professional, friendly, and handled everything with care. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and he treated my vehicle like it was his own. If you ever need a tow, ask for Derek seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had with roadside help. Highly recommend!
I had the unfortunate experience of my car breaking down on the side of a busy interstate, but luckily Elizabeth from B&D Towing came to the rescue. Upon her arrival, we were on the road in probably less than 5 minutes with my car in tow. For it to be a Saturday when I broke down, the response time was great. Very professional, safe, and courteous. Would 10/10 use B&D Towing again, but I hope I don't have to!
My truck put me down. Called AAA and started my request for a tow. After hanging up with them within minutes my phone rings. Guy named Derrick calls me to touch basis. Shortly after verification he's here already. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about his job. Customer service at TOP NOTCH (which is very rare now a days). Hope I don't need a tow anytime soon but if so I hope he's the service technician again.

Derrick is the kindest, most patient, and efficient person I've ever had the pleasure of working with in a flat tire situation. I'd call him in a minute if I needed help again! My dog even liked him and he generally doesn't like anybody he hasn't been around a lot. He's a good judge of character.

We locked our keys in our truck on a cold winter morning. We called AAA and within 10 minutes, Jamie with B&D towing had called and was on his way. He was able to arrive at our location and have the truck unlocked all within 30 minutes of us placing the request. Great service! Would highly recommend.

Amazing!!! I started some work on my car. Was not able to complete it and had to leave car there with a front wheel missing. Dalton, Allen, and Jamie came and quickly towed my car from a parked spot. Awesome job. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

I had a very obscure request that was very emotional for me. The kindness and willingness to help was beyond what I could have asked for. Every single person we spoke with today deserves immense praise by leadership and probably a raise to be honest. Respectful, caring, compassionate, and so much more. I am so incredibly impressed.
My transport van suddenly broke down one Saturday. B&D towing saved the day. They were able to get to me in about 30 minutes from calling a request. Victor W. was extremely friendly, worked fast, and delivered my vehicle safely to the next location.
Had two really great experiences. I needed my battery checked and a jump. On 9/5 my car wouldn't start. The gentleman that came to help was really friendly and helpful. I decided to try and be cheap, so I opted not to go with the battery service. The next day, couldn't get it started to go the cheap route. After work I called and went with getting the battery through you. The gentleman that helped me that night was just as good as the other. I was tired from work and stressed over the battery, but he was really reassuring.
I had a 10/10 experience with them!! It took less than 2 hours for them to come and fix my flat tire. I was given updates all throughout the process and until Jamie was able to come and help me. Jamie did a wonderful job and I was super impressed, he gave me great advice and a speedy service!
I was so impressed with and grateful to the young man who came to assist me with my tire. He was courteous, knowledgeable and even helped me with a key fob for another vehicle I was trying to use. He not only took off the lug nuts no one else could get off but inflated my spare and realized the battery had been put in wrong on a key fob. He was super helpful and pleasant. Thank you sir!!!!
