This is a wonderful automotive repair shop with unmatched integrity. After many visits they have never attempted to upsell me on something ridiculous, they take time to explain repairs and maintenance to you if you have questions. All of the staff here operate with the utmost professionalism, highly recommend!

Was seen without an appointment within an hour. Treated my car like it was their own.

Will never be back! 2 bad experiences and now have to come out of more money to make it right somewhere else. I'm not normally the one to leave a bad review.

Couple experiences, my sister in law was here for a couple days from New York. She had an issue with her front end. I took a look at it and found that I wouldn't have the tools to repair. She brought it to Tripps, they diagnosed the same issue. They repaired it quickly, priced fairly and took care of it with time frame she had. I have an older truck that I brought in for an oil leak. Straight forward repair, just wasn't set up to do it in my garage. They got it in there quickly and made the repair. Once I got home I notice it still had an oil leak. I called them up and they 100% stood behind there work. They took back in and made the necessary repairs. They are honest, prices are fair, communication is good, and everyone is nice. Definitely recommended and will be back if needed.

I just left from getting my car inspected and was charged an additional $10 for a “Window tinting fee”. I have had this vehicle for 6 years and not once have I ever been charged this. They did not advise me of this fee or give me the choice to go somewhere else. Mind you THEY inspected it last year and did not charge us this fee. They could not explain why it was not done last year but it was done this year. The tint was on the car when we bought it but is it not factory and is barely there. You can see in the car clearly. I immediately drove to another inspecting station around the corner because I honestly didn’t believe it was a real thing. He walked out took a look at my car and said “they just wanted your $10”. I know it’s only $10 but they knew that tint was WELL below the legal limit. They charged us anyway. Also my mother’s car (which was inspected there in January) has tint and was not charged this fee either.

These folks are great to do business with. Friendly, professional staff/technicians and cost effective service,will keep me coming back. I will continue to recommend Tripp's Tire Profesional to friends and family for all their automotive needs.

There is no other place better than Tripps. These guys will not take advantage of any situation you might find yourself in. Tbt they will probably take a loss vs taking advantage

Moved to Ayden 18 months ago; have an old ‘Bessie' (a 2004 Ford F150 Triton V8), with barely broken in 164k miles. Tripp’s has proven they are honest to a fault the very few times Bessie has needed service. And nice to boot. Downsized to move to Ayden, but feel like I upsized any/every thing to do with my 3 vehicles. So refreshing to have them less than a mile away. Keep up the good work, guys! Thanks.

Been coming here for years. Good pricing on tires. At recent service they advised how tire and wheel width was afftecting tire wear. Also advised truck would need brakes soon (but not today :) )

Got the inside passenger side tire of my 1 ton duley fixed for $26 and some change. They had a decent amount of customers and they were done in a pretty timely manner

First of all my son is a Masters Certified Mechanic for VW & Audi who currently works on race cars and tuning high performance cars in another state. While doing an oil change on my daughters car Tripps stripped the oil drain bolt. It was clear that they did it but they claimed it was already like that. That’s also curious as Tripps had done the previous change also. It had been replaced with one that did not fit and it leaked. Tripps would not accept any responsibility. My son asked over the phone which pressure setting the used on the drill and they refused to answer. They were extremely upset that someone even challenged them about it and became defensive. Over an oil drain bolt. So our family who has spent 5 figures easily with Tripps over our lifetime will never use them again and all they had to do was admit responsibility which was proven by the records. Plus it was something they could have fixed that would not have been a big expenditure for them. Sinful.

My experience was wonderful at Tripps! Matt was very helpful and professional. Also, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Tripps for fast & friendly service you must try!

Two months ago my car towed to Tripp's Tire Pros because it wouldn't start. They told me that they replaced the starter. When I picked car upon May 13th, the cars motor ran rough and when I accelerated the engine felt like it would jump and it made a bumping noise. When I looked under the hood the first thing I noticed was that the engine cover was just setting on top of the engine and not fastened down. Now 2 months later I am having the same problem, my car won't start again. It sounds like I'm having the same problem as before.

Been able to make an appointment and they have gotten my vehicles in and out fairly fast. No problems. Affordable prices.

I had brake pad replacement and brake system flush. When I called ahead to schedule an appointment, I technician explained in great detail of what to expect with the service I requested. During my appointment, the employees were friendly. I was told up front that they were behind from the previous day the wait maybe longer than usual (which is understandable, a lot of businesses are short staffed or overwhelmed right now); I appreciate their honesty. The quality of service was great; having the pads replaced has improved stopping distance.

Tripp’s was recommended by a buddy. The prices were great. The service was efficient. When I got an unexpected flat two weeks later, they went above and beyond. Can’t recommend more.

Horrible experience will never take another vehicle I own here!! Prior to last week we took vehicles we owned for simple oil changes and tires rotations. This was my daughters third time having them service her 2006 vw TDI over past 18 months she's owned it. They over torched the drain plug on her oil pan and put an aftermarket plug in that leaked. The owner refused to own up to the mistake his technician hD had made. We are now purchasing a new oil pan and plug to have installed elsewhere. They even charged us for the oil change of over 60.00 which has to come right back out next week when we a an EXPERIENCED technician do the repairs. BEWARE OF TRIPPS TIRE!

Quick, professional, friendly service. Went to them this morning after finding out I had a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in and out quickly with no loss of their customer service skills in the process. Thank you Tripps for your prompt, professional service.

Love the personal exchange I get when I come here. They stick by there work. I had issue with my car wearing out my front tires. Had them put new set of tires on all 4 and check my alignment. 7,000 miles later my front tires was showing wire. Took it back to them and showed them the problem. Next day I had a new front tires and was told the person that has done the work on my car the 1st time does not work there no more. And he missed the reason why my tires waa wearing out so quick. Needed tie rods replace. Very trustworthy place to have work done.

I have been coming to Tripp's for years and have had nothing but the good experiences here. I trust Tony and Matt to help maintain my old truck to get the most I can from it. Always ALWAYS 5 star service!

Tripps tires and service station did an excellent job on my Honda, I will be using them from now on. Another Tire place basically diagnolly across the street didn't have the size tire I needed, totally understandable. It was just about 5pm and upon asking the first place if there was another place I could get a tire because I had to be to work the next day, instead of pointing directly to Tripps they sent me and my 71 year old uncle be with a broke arm down another place that apparently the woman at the office area stated " oh no honey we are not doing anything on tires or car stuff because Mr.David passed away a few months ago." I told her who sent me and she said they know we aren't doing business now, go to Tripps so we did go at 8am following day and got the tire and inspection done in a timely manner. Had yet another tire replaced yesterday and oil change but just found out that since I just got the tire replaced 2-3 weeks ago and it was BRAND NEW it had a warranty so they tried to scam me and I took it to Quality and I was given a new tire half price!!!

I get get service at a fair price for tires, oil changes and even brakes. However, if they get into much more than that it starts getting a little shaky. They have a hard time saying "We don't know how to work on those" when they probably should.

Trustworthy. It's rare that I feel like an auto shop is being 100% honest with me, but Tripp's is the exception to the rule. No BS - they tell you what's needed, help to explain why, and do what they say they're going to do. One of our cars recently blew a head gasket. Once diagnosed, Matt went above and beyond, calling another shop for me to get an idea of the repair and cost ..and then relaying that to me so we could make an informed decision. Awesome customer service.

Great service! Timely. Tony and his team treat all their customers respectfully - not just the males. Those of you who are female know how nice it is to be treated respectfully when talking about car and/or tire repairs.

My husband and I ran over plywood on a back road and woke up the following morning to 2 flat tires on the passenger side of the car. Tripp's Tire Services went above and beyond by working on our car in the street outside of the shop to prevent damage to the pressure sensors in our wheels (the flatbed driver had left the car in the street with the rubber completely pulled away from the wheels). They even checked the the pressure sensors for damage upon hearing that the flatbed driver had not bothered to inflate our tires before driving the car onto his truck. Two patches and 30 minutes later, the work was completely done and my wallet is still full. I highly recommend their services!
