Originally, the wife and I had gone to test drive and possibly purchase a Volvo sedan. To put it mildly, we didn't like it. That's not a fault of Rick or Ayden Auto. It was a fault of Volvo because we REALLY just didn't like the feel of the car. As I was looking around I noticed a nice little midsized SUV. Asked Rick to give me the most honest rundown of the vehicle he could, and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! This man worked whatever salesman voodoo he could to make sure that I drive away happy with my purchase and I definitely did. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and in a few months we'll be going right back to Ayden Auto to purchase another vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ayden Auto

I have no problem with the car. It’s the run around with the title. They had 30 to prepare the title and have it sent to me. Now my 30 days are expired so we can’t drive the car. They keep saying be patience with them and they will work it out. 30 days should have been long enough of time. I ask for another 30 days tag until they handle the situation. Said they couldn’t give me another tag because they will get in trouble but told us to put our old tags on like we won’t get in trouble. I ask for them to give me 30 days tag,, replace the car for value or refund our money back.
I learned that they had a great special on car washes Wednesdays. They cleaned my car immaculate inside and out. My expectations were exceeded! The people there come to my bakery often and are some of the kindest people I know. It is always a pleasure to do business with them whether at their place or mine.
