bought a nissan from here and less than a year later wont run and estimates for repairs are more than the car is worth. still making payments. dont buy anything here
The absolute worse place to purchase a car. Didn’t even have the car for a week and had to put it in the shop. $4100 worth of work to be done. This place suck.
Do your research BEFORE BUYING A CAR. They are selling cars with rebuilt titles. I bought a car with what I thought was a clean title. The car had been total once before and rebuilt in another state. The rebuild gave it a clean title, actually the car was worthless. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE ( DO YOUR RESEARCH)!!!!!!
This place are scammer. Bought a Mazda and within the first week had to replace the water pump. The check engine and automatic transaxle lights came out. Took to my mechanic, he said it needs a need alternator and looks like they had put engine oil in the transmission.
This place is shady. Pass it up and do yourself a favor. Took all day before we finally found an acceptable car only to be told " by the wayit has a salvage title" . Do you think that made a difference in price? No. $2500 over the top value for a car in immaculate condition. Not to mention no price breaks for the fact it had been totalled by the insurance company. We left without the car. Major headache trying to deal with that place. Kind of get the idea selling cars is not the reason for that place.
NEVER NEVER buy a car from this place. Bought a jeep for my 16 year old daughter..paid cash. They are slick SO watch closely as you sign paperwork. I trusted Charles when he told me there was nothing wrong with it especially when he knew a 16 yr old would b driving it. Boy was I wrong...only by grace of God that she wasn't in a wreck...we had to replace front axles...wheel bearings...the whole front end was falling apart...and it had a salvage title that they slid by me....shame on me for dealing with them.
Every time that I've went there I had a good experience. Wasn't always what I wanted to hear but it was the truth so I respected that. Very up front people.

Cj was just as nice and helpful as could be but I guess it was his dad who wouldn't come down another 250 dollars and I was paying cash...it kinda blew my mind considering that the tags taxes and title fees were gonna be my responsibility...anyway...food luck fellas
Bought a 2011 kia soul in the beginning of August 2021 and the motor blowed up in mid Oct 2021. Please don't go here they will rip you off. Thought this guy was a family friend, so if he'll get us then he'll get you
Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership, during saling me a 2007 yukon denali (Blue with black interior)it had minor issues like torn seats which is understandable .What I didn't like is they knew that we had a new born baby boy the same day that they sold the truck to me, and still put my baby in danger. Not only was a AC hose busted on the truck, but the brakes and rotors were destroyed, and the the ball barings were totally gone out of the front axles so the front tires were falling off. They called and wanted a payment, and I said I'm paying alot of money to fix it. They said not our problem, it's as is, we want our money or we are picking it up. So they put my whole family including our new born baby in danger, and there answer was not our problem, that's personal pay us. I had problems with a other vehicle of ours from another dealership and the other dealership (Value max) in Greenville nc,fixed our car and took a payment off. GO TO VALUE MAX.
Please please please DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They truly are criminals. They overprice bad cars that are dangerous and no good. They think they can get away from the NC lemon laws by posting “as is” everywhere. I am currently still paying on a car from them that doesn’t even run. It has been broken down since before I even made the second payment. The car almost killed me and my fiancé on the Highway the day after we purchased it. It completely shut off and the engine locked up. We called Reaves and they supposedly “fixed” the issue but a week later and the car was overheating and shutting off still. Long story short they are a terrible business and they do not care at all about the safety or well being of their customers. Please save yourself the time frustration and money and stay far away from Reaves and any cars they have.
Do not buy a car from these people I got one month behind on my payment. I called to let them know they claimed they never received a message and never responded to me. They tried to claim I was two months behind when I wasn’t. They then demand full balance and that I had to bring the key prior to being able to get my contract and belonging out of the car. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he is in and out and that there was no number where he could be reached! I asked if I could get a copy of my paperwork from them through email pics or mail and was told no they wouldn’t do that all I could is bring the key to get my stuff! Do not buy from them!
Avoid these crooks, they piece together totaled cars that won't last. My wife bought one and tried to return it next day, but he said "it's as-is, no refunds" which is illegal. In NC you have 3 days to return anything. Shameless crooks.
Do not buy a car from this dealership my brother brought his first car from here and he hasn't even had the car for 30 days and the engine has blown on the car and the dealership will not refund or replace the car. This is bad business !
Purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger on May 4, 2020 for my teen son car overheated and shut off on May 29, 2020 and would not start back up. It was taken to a mechanic shop on May 30, 2020 still would not start and the mechanic said the engine is gone on it. Sales price was $5450, I called the owner/manager on June 1, 2020 to let them know what was going on and asked to be put in another car, for a refund of my $3000, or some type of remedy and he said there’s no warranty, refund, or switch out but I could turn the car back in. Buyers beware of this place!!!
This is the second time I am buying a car from this place. The guys here are extremely nice. They are straight up about what they have. They let you know straight away what they can do for you with the amount your trying to spend. First car I got I paid for straight cash and they gave me a great price on it. This time I am going the car payment route and so far so good. If you are looking for a car on a budget this is the place to go. They will work with you when others won't.
I just purchased a car from these piece of shyt salesman and drove it back home. As soon as her ready to go fill up the check engine light comes on then it proceeds to rattle. I take it to get checked today and the transmission is bad. They only give u 20 mins to test drive in which you really need an hour. I'm upset and out of $2800 and these creatures wont even return my money. I had only been gone from the shop for a lil over 30 mins. What could I possibly have done to it in that short amount of time. It was already a lemon.
I've bought two cars from them and they were great the current car I bought from there is in excellent condition and I love it they are real friendly and they'll even go lower on some cars if you have enough to spend I highly recommend
Lot of vehicle's. Very overpriced on any newer model vehicle's 2005-2018. Honda's,Toyota's etc prices at least 35%-50% over retail book prices.Most vehicle's prices AS IS.Meaning once u drive away.All mechanical problems,issues are New Owners.Good Luck with your purchases.

If you need a good car, and don't want to pay $25,000 or deal with a greedy car salesman... this is the place. I was amazed at how many choices they had and it seemed like they had a car to fit almost any budget. Thanks for my car and thanks for for the good service!
This man sold one of my customers a flood car and she is on a fixed income. I bought a car from him and a week later it needed to have work done on the engine. All they told me is where to go and have it fixed. I would not recommend them at all. The cars that they sell are poor. I would never buy a car from them again or send my customers to them. I know someone that use to work for them and they said that they are bad cars and he could not sell cars to people that rake people money.
