I have never had a tow service do this it blew me away. Literally the man who answered the phone told me he didnt have anyone available at that point in time but he made sure to tell me if i called someone else not to let them take advantage of me. Which told me alot. About them there busniess and my personal situation, even though i went with someone else i still give these people five stars not many tow people actually care about the person on the other end but doss does
Our son wrecked his car and we had other tow trucks come out and say that they were unable to help us. The young man from Doss came out and went above and beyond working to help and get the car out! We are beyond grateful! Thank you Doss!
Jason is one of the nicest guys I've encountered in awhile. It's so great knowing there's still good people in the world. I called this morning needing to tow my car to Honda, and once he arrived he took a look at my car and told me the issue; he even offered to fix it himself. Saved myself time and money.

I called for a tow and he ended up going out of his way and changing my alternator for me right there in the parking lot where I broke down.. really saving me time and money. We were in an accident yesterday and Doss’ towing towed my vehicle. They were great!! From speaking to the receptionist to dealing with Jason. She was the most polite and understanding person. Jason was so professional and the nicest man. They really went above and beyond by allowing me to get my property on a Sunday when they didn’t have to and he even gave us something to drink because it was so hot out. I wish they were closer to where I live because I’d definitely use them all the time
Doss towing is by far 5 star experience.. Their team is fast, super friendly and very reasonable!! They treat you like family not just another billfold to drain. After a long, hard day of work to realize your car is not starting; is probably not the best way to end the day. I contacted this company to tow my car and lets just say their service was immaculate. I am no business man but i can tell when a company cares about their customers by the way they work hard to go above and beyond. Heather was very speedy and professional on the phone in getting me the right help, not long after our phone call Jason was already at my location to pickup my car. I haven't had very many towing experiences, but of the ones I have had, this was by far the best. Driver was quick to arrive, very friendly, and got me loaded up in a hurry. I was very pleased with the price and service I received. Would highly recommend for anyone needing towing or similar services. Will be using again the next time I am in need!
Last Saturday they sent a man named Will out to pick me up and tow my car to a repair shop. He came in a very timely manner and went above and beyond the call of duty to get me loaded up and towed all the way to Greensboro from Pinnacle. Very professional, very reliable and very helpful in creative ways.
Aaron from Doss Towing was phenomenal! He was quick, efficient, and responded in less than 10 minutes. We’re not from here and we were enjoying a weekend at the near campground. Unfortunately our keys got locked in our jeep, but thanks to Aaron, the keys were out within seconds! Thanks again!!!

Kaycan T. picked up my car and towed it. He was fast and really friendly. He did a great job. This was one of the better experiences I've had with getting a car towed. I really recommend him and Doss towing if you need a vehicle towed and are having car problems.

Tonight was the second time my husband and I have called Doss Towing, and have been completely blown away with their outstanding service. We locked ourselves out of one of our vehicles (not our daily driver); Jason was at our home in less than 15 minutes to get us back in after 10:00 pm. A couple of weeks ago my husband broke down on the side of the highway in his work van, and Doss Towing was very quick to take care of him then too. Their employees really know what they’re doing. It’s so great having a company like this one that we totally trust and can call for anything, big or small. Way to go, Doss Towing!
Jason is an honest guy and he does what he says he is going to do. Brent the driver went waaay out of his way to help me get a storage box moved. He was also very professional!
