Great place to get car accessories but you can find car parts online for much cheaper on Amazon. I saved over $100 on a new radiator and $159 on a starter. They came in a few days so if you need anything quick then I'd go to O'Reilly's. The people are great and very helpful. But in times like these we need to get everything as cheap as possible.
Generally, it's a great parts store. If other stores in the area don't have what you're looking for, O'Reilly's usually does . Don't expect any friendly smiles though.
The personnel at this store refused to install a battery in my 80 year old mother’s car. They said “there’s too many wires to disconnect for us to do it”. There was a bolt for the hold down strap, and bolt for the positive cable and one bolt for the negative cable. That’s the bare minimum for any vehicle. They just didn’t want to do it. Dont lie to people.
Awesome employees ordered a battery it took a little while to get to the store but the employees told me what was going on and kept me informed and installed the battery when it got to the store AWESOME EMPLOYEES
Polite help. The counter man was not familiar with a generic part. Sent me to one area and the product was in a total different area. I was polite (30 yrs automotive aftermarket ). He was gracious in learning a new product .
When they don’t care how their employees park which takes parking for their customers always and hard to park in front of the store when they are like this…
Thank you so much to the gentleman (I think his name was Casey) who helped us out. Our A/C died halfway to Winston-Salem. I stopped to get one of those little A/C chargers and he came out to check the car first. Didn't need a charge... needed a belt. It had popped off. He got us the parts and sent us to Moorefield's. We we're back on the road within an hour. You guys saved the day.
The online ordering is not very good. At 1st I received an email saying it would be ready at 3pm. Then received an email saying it was ready. Went to go pick it up and the guys said it was being shipped from another store and check back at 3pm and it should be there. Came back at 3pm, and was advised it was not at the store. The nice gentleman offered me a different tool set and I accepted. Emplo at the store in King are really nice and understanding.
Everybody seems to go out of their way to help you out ordered a lot of parts for old stuff and they always seemed to up with it when others could not ride on O'Reilly
Never used o'Reilly auto parts before, used to use auto zone only, had issues with a local autozone and advanced couldn't even get the parts I needed O'Reilly was able to get it the next day. Nice staff.
Would be a great place if you could get the right parts the first time! You tell them the make, model, engine size etc and you still have to run back and forth to get the right parts. A hour job today took me 3 hours due to being sold the wrong parts 😡. This happens everytime I go there! Next time I’ll go elsewhere.
A good parts store have most of what you are looking for they were the only ones that had 15 W 50 mobile one full synthetic for the hydraulic oil in a zero turn mower
I patiently awaited for an assistant , and I somehow kept getting passed over.
I was ignored, frowned upon, outcasted even...
45 minuets had elapsed and still I got no assistance.
Maybe, just possibly..... I’m of the wrong ethnicity....
