A store to go to when you in need for a part u won't find in those silly Auto parts stores like Advanced Auto or O Relly. An Auto Parts store that will do it's best to help you out with whatever you need. Highly recommend if you would like to get that 10/10 customer service and also get your money's worth. I mean what would u rather waste money and be treated poorly or waste money but have a customer experience that will make you come back to the spot? Witch would you rather.
Not your Grandfathers auto parts store. They have everything you need. Love the stores new look! Service here is top notch. The team here really knows there stuff!
Great guys at the store. Always helpful and knowledgeable. They don't rush you and want to help you out. If they don't have it, they get it fast. This is my got to store now. Highly recommend.
I was greeted and helped immediately upon walking in. Doug helped me find the battery that I needed and walked me through warranty terms on it. I cannot remember the name of the guy that scanned the codes in my car while I was there but he was great to work with as well. I only buy Napa auto batteries for a reason and now we have one within an extremely reasonable distance. 10/10 service and quality.
I had dealing with other Napa Auto Parts in the past, but this Napa Auto Parts in King NC is the best one by a long shot. They have Knowledgable staff that are helpful, and will do everything they can to help a customer. Doug Smith is the man to see.
