T.J. at Scott Automotive and Towing is the best. He went far above and beyond to get my car out of a tricky towing situation. He was just great at problem solving, getting the necessary equipment, and staying with us into the evening to make sure we were able to get home. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Scott Automotive.

TJ Stack my tow truck driver for triple A was on point all The way through the process from towing my car and keeping me updated on what was going on with it. He was very friendly and tried to help anyway he could if I got stuck again. I would totally want to deal with him.
My Honda Civic was towed by TJ today. He was really great. Filed a claim and it was under 30 mins when he responded and came out to towed my car. Also he recommended his shop to fix the problem that was wrong with the car. He went out and beyond to make sure not only my car was towed but to make sure my car was serviced and be able to be back on the road in no time.

DO NOT ask for a tow from scott automotive. my car was picked up because of a broken timing chain. he DROVE the car around my driveway and backed it into the mud. IF THE CAR IS BEING TOWED ISN'T THAT THE WHOLE POINT OF NOT DRIVING IT TO AVOID MORE DAMAGE? I COULD’VE DROVE IT THE 5 MINUTES BACK HOME IF THAT WERE THE CASE!
not only just that but my trunk has a huge dent on top of the emblem so that explains why it was backed in to hide the visible damage. you should not have a towing company if you aren’t going to do things responsibly and professionally!!
I was illegally towed from a dollar general parking lot. Dollar General has reimbursed me for the tow and acknowledged the mistake. However, when I reached out to the tow company, they informed me that they are under no obligation to follow the tow laws, which require proper signage to be posted before a tow. Seems ridiculous.
The owner, Evie, was nice on the phone though. Thanks for your time, but please don't illegally tow people anymore.
T.J hands down the sweetest most respectful guy he has came to get my car several times he is always professional and so nice he also told me not only do the tow cars they fix them as well I would give T.J most definitely 10 out of 10. Be nice to a customer goes a long way he is nice everytime .???
Women in the office were very rude when we went to get items out of my granddaughters car after a wreck and wouldn't let her get her wallet and glasses out of the car until they were paid an over price amount for towing 4 miles and storage while they were closed and for holiday. Charged storage fee for 3 days when the vehicle had only been there 11/2 days. Would not recommend them in any way for anything
Larry was amazing. Onstar messed up my phone number and he couldn’t contact me and when they contacted him to let him know he didn’t hesitate to come right back and fix my tire!
The gentleman that came to tow my husband's 2012 Chevy was clean, professional, very helpful. We didn't know who to take the truck to.. he recommended a place and that made the whole situation easier.
Called insurance at 7:36 am for a tow. Confirmed a tow pickup for 8:33am. Called multiple times and was given a new time several times. By 11:06am I called again, no answer. Insurance called, no answer. Called again, no answer. I was located in wentworth at the time waiting for the tow, needed to take it to my mechanic in Eden. Had another tow truck come all the way from Ridgeway to tow my vehicle after waiting in the rain for almost 4 hours.
TJ gave me a courteous call telling me when he would be there and then quickly and safely loaded our car to be towed to the mechanic. TJ was nice and made sure he could load the car without messing our yard up. Very happy with our experience and highly recommend!
Tim went above and beyond in getting us out of a serious bind. On the way up to PA for a trip to visit family we hit debris on the highway and got a flat tire, pulled over just south of the border to VA in the early evening. Tim came out, after working business hours on a Saturday, and towed us to the shop where he replaced our tire and made sure we got on the road again. We weren’t expecting anything but to be towed somewhere that would fix our car up on Monday, but he went out of his way to fix us up and get us on the road again so we could still make it to see family on time. Definitely recommend this place, saved us a huge headache at a reasonable price.
TJ did a fantastic job towing my 1977 Corvette. He showed up right on time, handled the car with great care, and provided excellent service from start to finish. It’s not easy to trust someone with a classic car like this, but TJ clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable and professional tow!

Life saver!! SO THANKFUL they sent LARRY! He was amazing! So helpful! Nice! We couldn’t have changed that truck tire without him!! We were traveling through reidsville NC 3 hours into our 4 hour trip and stranded for 3 hours. THANK YOU LARRY! You’re THE MAN! And he came out after hours and just taken a shower at home! I had the best exaperiance from my tow.driver last night!!! TJ was one of the sweetest guys that I cane in contact with.From the time that he came to pick my car up.U till he dropped it off at the repais shop.Was nothing but caring and concern!! He texted every step of the way to insure me that my car was ok!!! And it got to the destination!! I yruly appreciate his kindness and would recomend him too everyone that I know!!
