I have had body work done for a bunch of vehicles, but I have to say there is no comparison to what Hale Automotive did with the paint and body repair. The attention to detail to include the wheel contour and the paint matching was the best I have ever seen. People I have shown the work to are really impressed. I have been to a couple f places in Eden, and Hale Automotive is where you need to go if you're looking at this review as a reference of recommendation.
I recently got hit by a deer, and was devastated that my car was totaled, but I was referred by several people who knew Trevor Hale.
They did an absolute phenomenal job on my car. It looks brand new. Whenever they finished my car, it looked like a brand new one!!!!!! he and his staff are very helpful, kind, and they care about their customers!!

Trevor Hale and staff repaired our son’s vehicle that had been in an accident. The body work repair was perfect. Trevor and his co-workers are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. This happened months ago. This is definitely the place for body work repair.
We had to get a tow from Eden to Greensboro our work van broke down they got to us really fast had a fair price and our driver randy was awesome we had a 40min ride with this guy and cut up the whole time he was a great guy so give Randy some praise and maybe a raise lol you guys have a great employee he brought some laughter I will definitely be using this company from now on for all my towing needs so thanks Hales Automotive and thank you randy for the fun ride back
Trevor Hale is the absolute BEST if you need any body work done to your vehicle. He does the BEST paint matchup to your vehicle old or new. We have recommended friends to him and they were very pleased as well. I’m very picky and he’s definitely a FIVE star.

Hale Automotive are my towing heros! Randy and Trevor responded quickly with top notch personal communication! (such a relief to not have to deal with AI or endless voice mail trail etc) While on vacation from NY to Myrtle Beach to enjoy hurricane Debby lol, one of our vehicles broke down in Chatham, Virginia and needed a tow to the Kia Service Center in NC. Hale Automotive immediately gave me a very reasonable price and a timely tow to where my vehicle can be repaired and picked up on route back home after the hurricane. My car looks so good! This is the best body shop. I came all the way from Winston-Salem but it was definitely worth the drive! Trevor is one of the nicest person I've ever talked to.They even cleaned the inside and my tires have never been cleaner. Best bodyshop and nicest people! I will definitely be coming back! If I could give 100 stars I would! Highly recommend!
Dropped my truck off on the weekend before we went on vacation and she was ready when I got back the following week as promised. Not only did Trevor and the crew fix my truck but that thing was as cleaned out and washed from top to bottom and the tires shinned! Man I tell you what, it’s rare to get service like that these days. I appreciate everything they did and they got my business and referrals for life!

Was rear-ended on the way home from work, and being fairly new to the area, and not knowing where was the best place to have my vehicle taken, I was given the recommendation to go to Hale Automotive, and could not be happier with that decision. They did amazing work on my vehicle; got it looking brand new and even detailed it once they were done with the repair. Customer service, communication and professionalism from Trevor (the owner) and Mallory were second to none. I felt like family. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
Very helpful! They did a fabulous job with my sister's car. I will be using them hopefully this month for so prepares to my car due to an accident. They've been very responsive and always available for questions. They helped tow a can out of the river and took their time. Patient.

I hit a deer in my 2017 Toyota camery they fixed it in a week the color match is perfect they are super friendly they work with all insurances only one headlight needed replacement but they buffed out the other one to make it look new too!!! I can’t tell you how nice they are super happy!!

Needed a tow truck to get my car home after the alternator went out. Hales towing service had my car home within 30 mins of talking to the driver! Amazing and professional service! Hope to never need them again however if I do I'm going to Hale!
I recently ripped off the front bumper of my Honda Civic. Trevor and Mallory were very easy to work with and super professional! They had it fixed in a timely manner and now it looks good as new!
I took my car to Hale Automotive because I had read all the reviews and I was really impressed with what I read. However I still had my doubts because sometimes businesses don't live up to their reviews. From the moment I got there until the moment I picked up my car I received warm, friendly, professional, competent service. I dropped my car off Monday morning and they called me Tuesday afternoon to come pick it up. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done as well as the finished product . They did a great job on my car. I can't say enough great things about this business. It makes me feel good to know that there are still honorable, fair, competent businesses around.
They took care of my wifes 2017 Honda Civic and got it looking new again thanks for the hard work and this pic is of my wifes 2017 jeep that im pretty sure if anything happens to it Trevor and his crew will be the ones who fix it

We used the tow service and I believe his name was Dale that came. He was very polite and did his job correctly. No damage to our vehicle at all. Very cheap rate that we were quoted. Will use again if needed.
The Lord puts people in your life for a reason. Trevor and Hale Automotive was put into our life at just the right time. Coming home from being out of town and finding our daughter's car had been hit while sitting in our yard was not a good day to say the least. The very next day, our other car was involved in an accident and ended up at Trevor's shop. Sounds like a rough couple days and it was, but it led us to Hale Automotive and him fixing our daughter's car. While picking up our car at his shop, he took pictures of our daughter's car and got our insurance information. The very next day, we dropped it off, his office manager worked it out with our insurance, his shop did a phenomenal job on her car, and she is back driving it today. We will also be taking our other car to him for him to fix our front fender damage from that accident. He and his crew are great. They handle everything for you and make sure you get what you need to get your vehicle fixed properly. Thank you, Trevor and crew at Hale Automotive!!
We are forever a Hales customer! Trevor and his guys are very welcoming and kind! When Trevor isn't there no matter who you talk to, they talk to you with kindness and understanding. We took our Equinox to them because silly me hit my work gate into the back door behind driver seat?Trevor gave us a great and reasonable quote. And explained exactly what he had to do to get it looking like it did before I smashed the door in. We took it to him on a Tuesday and got it back that Thursday all fixed up cleaned and washed! It was absolutely beautiful ☺️ Trevor and his guys will do 110% best work on your car and still keep your cost down as much as they can! We couldn't ask for a better place to get our car worked on.
