My diabled mother-in-law went to get a simple state inspection (safety only) and found it odd when the technician put her car high up on a lift. The tech called her into the service bay and handed her a bone-dry oil dipstick, telling her that her car "had no oil in it and needed some asap". She's not an idiot by any means but got caught up in the environment and agreed, wherein she was billed for 2 quarts of oil. She drove home a few miles and we checked the oil there, seeing the level was fine (now) but that the oil was also very black, indicating no oil had been added as the engine only holds 4.5 quarts in total and it should have at least lightened the color a decent amount. Further, we surmised that since her car is relatively new it should have given her several warning lights if she had been missing nearly half her oil and there are no oil spots of any size in the driveway to suggest a leak before or after the inspection. It appears the technician wiped the dipstick clean with a rag, called her into the bay, then pulled the dipstick out of a secondary location (not from inside the engine) in order to pull off the scam. Thankfully it only cost her $19 for the "extra" oil so they aren't trying to set the world on fire to get their money back, but they asked me to write a review here on their behalf since they don't use Google etc and are retired. I wouldn't trust this place to refill my blinker fluid, much less to perform any substantial work on a vehicle I depended on

Took my well maintained truck in for an alignment, but was advised I needed all four ball joints. Since I am a retired ASE Master Technician of 40 years, I declined the $1500+ repair. Later, I cleaned up my dial indicator, went to a lot of trouble to support the suspension and checked the ball joints, and found one with 50% of the allowable tolerance. I will not recommend or go back. Bandits, stupid, or just greed? Revised 08-15-24. Every front end component on my, once again, well maintained vehicle, has been replaced in the last 100k with NAPA chassis parts. You guys did not charge me to tell me I needed all my ball joints, I however, did give the technician a $20 bill, knowing he was commissioned, (unfortunately, as most shops are, which encourages over selling). When I handed him the tip, I asked how bad the ball joints were, and if he knew there was an acceptable clearance up to .060. His expression answered my question, but he did not. Dave, I am sorry about your inability to except your shop was called out for this serious issue. Keep training those techs, and add some degree of instilling some concious. Additionally, slander is an untrue or false statement. My experience with your shop was accurately represented. I am separated from the shop I own in another State, making me, at your shop, just another CONSUMER. Obviously I am too informed to be the kind of customer you are attracted to. You had a perfect chance of apologizing in your response to me, and blew it in a big way. Instead, you tried to make me look like a bad guy, accusing me of slander, referencing ASE code of ethics. It angers me, somewhat, that you would reference MY ethics, when the ethics of your shop is apparently poor.

The air conditioner in my wife's care was not cooling properly however the mechanics (Dan and Aaron) did an outstanding job at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The air conditioner is cold now and works wonderful. Great service guys!

Absolutely fantastic team! Recently hit a deer and it has been stressful trying to find time to get the car looked at. The team at Diversified was very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience with them!

There were very helpful to me this morning as I was on the way to work and ended up on side of road.got my tire off the car and took the rim and flat tire In for a new replacement. BY FAR the quickest exchange of old flat tire to new one mounted and balanced and back to me ready to go in record time. I mean I wasn't even on there site for more than 5 minutes total. I failed to mention they were the only ones within 30 minute drive with the size I needed IN STOCK...You should also give them a try. .again very very fast(fastest turn around I ever seen) and the guy who did the swap along with the lady at the desk and other associates presented themselves very professional and accommodating and will go the lengths to explain anything with top notch expertise that you are unsure off and letting you leave with great confidence about your product and feeling glad and thankful you found them..my business will go no where else as of today ...so keep them 14s in please diversified auto and tire. THANK YOU ALL

I’m a mechanic & do 90% of my car maintenance myself. When I can’t do the work in my own shop I take my cars here. As a mail carrier I go through 4 sets of tires a year on my two mail cars, so having a good tire shop is critical. No, they are not cheap - they are fair. If they charged less, they’d be out of business & where would I get my tires then? If you’re looking for a shop you can have a good customer relationship with, talk to John at Diversified. Not just for tires - the mechanics are as good (if not better) than you’ll find at any dealership. If they can cut you a deal, they will. If not, you’ll pay what the job is worth. That’s just good business in my opinion.

I never leave negative reviews as I’m a business owner but the service I received warrants this one star. I’m so very disappointed as I was trying to give business to local shops. Well it’s back to the dealer for me. I do not recommend this shop.

I just have to put it out there!!!.... Harry has to be the best in the business 👏!!! He is the man!!! Every problem that I've encountered with a vehicle he has had the right solution for it!! I am officially stamping this: If you want the best to take care of your car...go and ask for Harry(He is "state-of-the-art" ready)!!

Excellent service...prices too high. Charged 2.5 hours to replace O2 sensor when shop rate manual indicates approximately 30 +/- minutes. Paid $522.00 for a job which should have cost about half as much. Don't think I can afford to go back again ☹️.

I have never been so frustrated! I was the only customer for a while and waited almost an hour and a half for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The man at the counter tried to charge me $199 for this service and I told him that was ridiculous! He then stated he charged me twice for something and it was only $148. I informed him that was way too much money and I spent almost an hour and a half! I will never go back to this auto place. Do yourself a favor and go to Quick Lube instead!!!!

These guys are great. They quoted me an extremely fair price on having my suspension redone with new struts, and were even kind enough to allow me use of a loaner truck in the meantime. Adam is an honest, knowledgeable, friendly & all-around excellent mechanic, and I trust him & this shop to do right by me & my vehicle every time. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else for repairs, and it’s a good 40 mins from where I live so hope y’all get the picture. Trust me & trust these guys to do you right too...you’ll thank me later.

Knowledgeable mechanics with great prices. They took time out of their busy day to help us when we broke down in our vintage RV. They even let us use a loaner truck to get some lunch at Charlie's Restaurant. Highly recommended these guys.

Towed to a dealer in New Bern where I'm just a $.I was quoted a estimate before my vehicle was completely gone over . Had my vehicle towed right out there and taken to Divisfied and we were completely satisfied........shop local people your appreciated all the time !!

Very professional and all techs are ASE Certified. Been taking all my vehicles to this business both in Allience and Arapahoe for past 6 years. If I have had any problems after work has been done they are quick to fix problem. Very satisfied with this business.
