Jennie is an amazing associate. She is always very helpful. She definitely goes above and beyond for oreillys customers. Oreillys management team should recognize her dedication and support that she gives everyday.
I have gone in there three times for a blower fan relay purchased from the store in Jacksonville, for a check engine light, and fuse check. To date they don't have any equipment to check anything. Or make keys yet they advertise that they do. Bad advertising.
My husband and I stopped in to get a back windshield wiper on the back of my SUV ,the woman broke my brace so now I have no wiper,we have left message at this Bayboro store for manager to call my husband she has not called yet all this happened last Friday night Dec 6..
Leslie in customer service is fantastic! Watching him juggling customers and taking special care of me and getting me a part from another store so I can get back on the rd and back to work! He’s a prefect candidate for advancement!

They went above and beyond when I placed an order online right before closing, even called and asked when I needed it, told them I was on the way and they said they would wait even though they were fixing to close!
The employees there are great! Had some problems with my car and they came out and put the computer on it to see what the problem was and then gave me a jump. Love it when places hire great help.
I went there to buy a part that cost $3.00. While it was listed on line, it was not available at this store near me. I was told they could order it and have it in the next day, but I would have to pay the UPS shipping which was $9.57. This seems wrong to me. If they had it in stock, I would have paid $3.00. Why does the customer have to pay shipping on a part they list on line but don't stock in their stores. The people were friendly but totally agreed with me that it was stupid to order it.
Staff is out to lunch to put it politely. parts do not get delivered for a never ending list of reasons. Too many defective starters and alternators. No labor warranty/too many hoops.
The people who work here are awesome. We stopped at a gas station nearby and cleaned our windshield. It left such a mess we couldn’t even see out of it. We stopped at O’reilys auto parts and asked what they had to clean it. David and Mary came out and looked at it, went back in and came out with some cleaner and proceeded to spend the next 15 minutes cleaning our windshield and our blades! They didn’t charge us anything. This is the kind of customer service everyone should support. Next time you need something auto related, instead of Walmart go support these guys. You will not be disappointed!!
A dead battery discovered after most auto parts stores in the re have already closed on. Friday evening is the last thing any driver wants. Luckily, O'Reilly Auto Parts in Grants or was not only open but hd the correct battery in stock. Thanks for the assistance, guys.
