I have an older Jeep and could not find the part I needed. Andrew’s had the part, their price was reasonable and they were very friendly. My Jeep is back on the road and the folks at Andrew’s are my hero’s.

Confirmed that they had the part I needed and drove over 40 minutes to come pick it up. When I got there, they said they no longer had it. Huge waste of my time. I will definitely not ever be coming back.

Just received an order for a hard to find item. Shyanne was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to make sure what we were ordering was the correct item before charging us and shipping the item out. I highly recommend Andrew's Automotive and Salvage and will definitely use them in the future!

Don’t shop with these people, unprofessional & inconsiderate of people who are traveling to get here. I called ahead of time in reference to 2 fenders for an old school & I spoke with a woman and she assured me the part was available & to come get it only for us to drive an 2 hours and leave without the part .. clearly the staff is not knowledgeable of the salvage yard at all and are just telling customers anything, it was very inconsiderate and a waste of time and money.

LET ME TELL YOU....When i took my classic .225 to him, I was all broken up about the condition it was in but just 2hours later when him and Pete were finished restoring my bumper, i was so so amazed and impressed, i could not believe it!!!! With my restored bumper my .225 was brought back to life I would and will recommend anyone to go see Andrew.... you will get great service and great Hospitality from him and the family!!!! They have a new friend and customer in me...... I drove 6hours to get service from them it was well worth it!!!!

I called this business up, they didn't have the part that I need. However, they did some research and graciously pointed me towards another salvage yard that had the parts I was looking for. I am so grateful for the help that Andrew's Automotive provided me with. 5 stars for looking out for the customer.

Shelly is a badass. Was kind and understood what some old honda parts ment to the right person. Even though its not a pick and pull place was willing to let me get what I needed on a special case when she and her husband didn't need to do that at all. Fair enough prices to drive 2 and a half hours to get what I needed and would do again.

Definitely a family type operation. The owner Andrew goes above and beyond to help you find the parts you need. I refer many people to him because of this. He also does fantastic body work too! Paint job i saw him do on this Acura was Sweet!

Went to get some parts for my project car and the parts they pulled were wrong due to some mix up. Was kind of disappointed when I found out about the parts not being what I needed because I drove about an hour to get the parts. Fortunately one of the guys there was super nice and even helped me pull the correct parts even though they were closed. Really good prices and inventory. I cannot thank the guy enough that stayed to help me out. Will definitely go back in the future

Exactly what I needed! I was able to negotiate and got the grille at a great price and they were a pleasure to deal with! The transaction was easy and shipping was super quick! The grille looks great with minor wear that is expected. I plan to purchase many more parts from them in the future!

I found them by accident looking for a different Andrew's Automotive that was closer, but wound up here instead. They did great work and were incredibly thorough and friendly. They worked with me and were prepared to help me get it towed back to me because it was so far away. If I lived closer, I would absolutely use them regularly.

Got a great price on an older vehicle. When I came in, everyone was very pleasant, and the ones that helped me went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Good, honest people.

You could tell it was the end of the day and everybody was ready to go. Lots of sighing. Asked for a wheel and tire separate, took them a while to find, said they weren't in the system. (We looked online first at home.) (We mount tires at home.) All in all, not that bad... BUT we had to plug the tire we just bought because the sold tag/price tag was stapled to the tire. Seriously?

I was driving overnight between Atlanta and New Jersey the day before Thanksgiving when my car gave me an engine temperature warning and shut down. I was towed to Andrew's and spent the night in my car since no cab company would pick me up. In the morning they were incredibly accommodating and provided me with a couch and coffee while they looked at my car. When they diagnosed the problem they learned that the necessary part couldn't be delivered until late afternoon. They took it upon themselves to drive to the distributor and pick the part up for me. I was back on the road by 11 AM. Andrew's was not only the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic, but some of the best customer service I've received anywhere. I can't recommend them highly enough. 5/5 Excellent to be stranded

The first time I went all I wanted was an oil change. When he had the car up, he was doing a general check for other problems and noticed the belt was wearing. Instead of just telling me it needed to be replaced, he called me back there to show me what was happening and made sure I could see all the cracks. Another time I went there he told me I would need to replace all the struts on my car. When he started the work he brought in the old strut and the new strut and showed me the difference. He told me how they worked, and what a good strut was supposed to do. Very good, honest work.

I took a 1998 Ford F150 and then a 2002 MR2 and just asked them to "check them out." I got back two vehicles that drive almost like new! Both of them have over 100k miles but, thanks to Andrew's Automotive, I think I'll get to 200k on each one. Friendly, fast, reliable, VERY economically priced. I am a customer for life.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew and his crew when my Malibu had some issues. I was out of town for work and my wife had to take the car in. I was worried she might be jerked around like we've had trouble with at other places. She experienced quite the opposite. They went above and beyond helping us get back on the road. They got right to work, kept me in the loop, and Andrew's wife personally drove my wife and toddler home since i wasn't there while the repairs were done. Did I mention they saved me a TON of money from other estimates I had at other places. Andrew, you've got a customer for life! Keep doing what you're doing.

Our vehicles have been serviced by Andrew's Automotive for the past 2 years. They have always been reliable and explained what the problems were. Andrew has always sought the best, affordable solutions for us. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and will let you know if there's any other problems they find. They've gone above and beyond service with free shuttle service, helping me when I've been stranded twice (needed a new starter), and stayed late to make sure our car was ready to leave the next morning for vacation! Highly recommended!!

I had the BEST experience at this shop. The people working there were incredibly kind and most importantly, knowledgable. After spending six hours and over $1,000 at Merchant's the day before without having the origin of my car's engine problems fixed, and stalling out on the side of the road, the workers at Andrew's Auto were able to diagnose the problem and have my car driving normally within 30 minutes. One guy was an expert on GM cars and explained everything to me very clearly. They gave me a great price too! 100% recommended.

Andrew is one-of-a-kind! I can't believe there are still honest mechanics in the world! I took my vehicle in for several mechanical/electrical problems as well as a mouse infestation. His diagnosis fee was very reasonable as was his estimate. He fixed the issues I was having and got rid of all of those nasty mice. The most impressive thing, however, was that when he determined that the expensive part that he had thought needed replacing was still fine I ended up saving about $150 after he replaced a different part. I feel like many other shops would have just tacked on another repair. Andrew has all of our business from now on!

Andrew and his team fixed my exhaust when I was in a pinch. They do high quality work, and they do it quickly. Andrew is the most fair mechanic I've ever encountered; he's a man of his word, and he will not rip you off. The whole crew is hard working and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Honest, affordable & quality! Andrew worked late into the night to get our van ready for vacation. We were scheduled to leave the next day when our brakes failed. Andrew and his team got us back on schedule. His team really make you feel at home...forget those big box places, we will always choose Andrews Automotive for both of our cars.

I've know Andrew for many years. He is the most trustworthy person that I have every let work on my car. I have had three merdedes- benz and he worked on all of them. I also gave him my fathers car who he brought back to life and now it's runs like a new one. I highly recoomend his shop to all because he is trustworthyand honest. He is also the best mechanic i know.

I only had my oil changed but got to talk with Andrew for awhile while it was being done. He is a really down to earth guy and a straight shooter. I can tell that many others are satisfied also. After my wife had an engine failure at 65mph, I didn't know what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Andrew's Automotive and I am glad he did! 5 days later the upper half of the engine was completely rebuilt by the knowledgeable staff and now the car runs like new. Reasonable and Honest. Kept me in communication throughout the entire process and finished up 2 days earlier than promised.
