I have used Lloyd twice, once for some body work and a second time for a tow. Lloyd provided excellent service both times. For towing, he responded super fast and really got me out of a bad situation quickly and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Lloyd to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price.
I pulled in with a flat tire I got on 40 and now late to an appointment with my surgeon. Gary helped me by changing my tire while I called the doctor's office to tell them I would be late. He had me in and out in 15 minutes! Gary was my guardian angel today!!! Kindness like that will not be forgotten!
Will not use again.
Called for a tow after hitting a deer, and had to give turn by turn directions to the driver bc he "didn't have GPS". Not a huge deal, just annoying.
Asked him to tow to my house, but he convinced me to let him take it to his yard because "it will be easier to deal with insurance" Finally go to pick up the car, and get hit with a huge bill for storage. Guess that is why he didn't want to tow to my house.
Stay away.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Ford roadside assistance contacted this raggedy body shop to come unlock my car and they never showed up. I called after the estimated time had past to follow up on the request only to have a rude and an incompetent representative tell me I’m too far and that nobody wasn’t coming. Well he could have contacted Ford back and told them that instead of having me wait outside with a one year in the heat. Ridiculous. I would never recommend or encourage anyone to use this shop. You’ll be better off going elsewhere. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
