Joe replaced my battery, helped clean up some corrosion, and was kind enough to do an additional battery check to ensure everything was in working order. He took the time to explain what he was doing. You’re bound to work with kind and professional staff at this store—definitely recommend!

Speaking as a professional mechanic, this is the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. Whatever it is you need, I promise they won't have it in stock. Advance should just close this store it's pathetic.

Josh Whitten is A++! My Die Hard battery died easy after 18 months. Josh determined the store warranty covered it and installed a new battery for me. Josh is competent, caring and kind. Couldn't do better!

Byron was so helpful! He explained everything he was doing and why which was so kind. He also didn’t push me to buy anything but rather gave me the options which doesn’t usually happen at car places. Would highly recommend this location for him alone!

Received excellent service for battery replacement. Joshua was super! Explained everything as he worked, free instalation, testing, etc. Still expensive, but what isn't today. Thanks guys, it's nice to still get full service with a smile.

Highly recommended. I went in for a new battery, and Josh provided all the information I needed without any pressure, and once I selected the battery I wanted, he did a great job of installing it for me. He was clear in explaining what he was doing, and he took care to ensure that all of the vehicle's electronic settings were preserved during the installation and in good shape after he was done. Very professional, very helpful.

I’ll always come to Advanced Auto Parts for my car needs. I had a battery that needed replacement. Joshua helped diagnose the problem and installed the new battery free of charge. I’ve always had a positive experience at this shop.

Normally auto shops stress me out (typical young woman experience) but I called and spoke with Joshua on the phone before coming in with my dead battery and he was so nice and so helpful. Joshua had me in and out with a new battery purchased and installed within half an hour. Highly recommend. :)

Huge Thank You to James!! I came in a couple of weeks ago in need of coolant for my vehicle, I was going out of town that weekend and he insisted that I not drive my car since it was leaking coolant at a gradual pace and that could create another problem and it wouldn’t be safe. James wrote down some information for to see Cameron at Meineke I was able to drive their loaner car to work and to take my baby to daycare and those guys found out the problem within one day of me dripping my car off and I had it back that same week. Thanks again James for pointing me in the right direction and being concern about my troubled car!

I’ve lived in the area for five years now and always go to Advance Auto. They’re fast and reliable, and they give great advice. Recently I went in with a dead battery, and Josh diagnosed my issue, helped me pick out a battery, and installed it for free, all within half an hour and at a great price. He even let me watch and walked me through the process. No surprise there - whenever I’ve had an issue in the past, they’ve not only fixed it, but taught me how to fix it myself in the future. They’re kind and generous people with a ton of know-how.

Very helpful and kind staff. They changed my car battery and explained the process well and showed me a few parts of my car. Checked if the engine was cleaned properly and showed me very coolant would go. Great service.

You can find absolutely everything what you need for your car here and order more things per your need. Love the staff, very helpful, especially for girls, which do not know the terminology, here they put effort to help you, find what you need and don't make you feel dummy bu the way. The blond elder woman and white haired grandpa working here the best people when my little Honda asks me to take care about her again.

Joshua and team went above and beyond! I was visiting Chapel Hill from out of town with my son and my car battery started giving me trouble, leaving me stranded several times. I called to inquire about having my battery replaced ahead of time and when I arrived they were there waiting for me. They ran several tests, walked me through the process, installed my new battery and took the care and time to have me test the car to ensure this solved my problem before sending me back on the highway to head back back to my home state. So appreciative of the time Joshua took to help - it was above and beyond and I can not thank him enough for taking the time to care and ensure I was able to safely head back home!

Byran went above and beyond in assisting me today providing me with the tools and assistance to test my battery. It turns out it was at the end of its long life of 6 years and with Byran’s assistance I had a new battery installed in no time. Byran even took the extra step of checking to ensure nothing else was causing the demise of my battery and to my surprise the alternator came back with a failed test indicting a need for immediate replacement. He ran the test again to confirm and I was on my way to the mechanic to save my new battery. Thank you so much to Byran for his amazing support today! My car battery unexpectedly died following another car service. I was quoted over $550 to test and replace my battery at another shop, and decided to walk over to Advanced Auto Parts for a second opinion. John helped me and he was fast, much more affordable, and very professional.

Brad is an excellent associate! I showed up 10 minutes before closing while it was pouring rain outside, and Brad put his work aside to help me install wiper blades on my vehicle. He was great!

I went in for air filter and cabin filter and my service person Brad was amazing! He offered to help me and show me how to do it, a very great and friendly service. I highly recommend talking with Brad for all your car needs. Such great service here, I definitely recommend stopping by.

I went in for a rear windshield wiper and my service person Josh was incredible. He offered to install it and show me how to do it, and had other information I was not aware of. His professionalism is an asset to the Advance Auto brand.

Went in for a battery check and ultimately needed a replacement. I was helped by Josh and he was awesome! Got me situated with the right battery package and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Super friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend to anyone with car troubles.

I was in to Advance Auto Parts yesterday with an oil issue and they were so helpful. I have a leak and needed to top off my oil but I've never done it before. The gentleman helped me find what I needed and offered to come out to the parking lot and do it for me. It was so kind of him to help me out. He helped solve my problem very quickly. I would definitely shop there again.

Went in today to replace my car battery. The staff were super helpful and efficient. My attendant explained the options and helped me figure out the best option for my vehicle. He then replaced the battery. The whole experience took less than 1/2 hour. I would definitely recommend and will return when needed.

My go to store for anything car related. Good selection, always find what I need, but the best part is definitely their people. Today, I came and had issue with my truck not starting as I picked it up from the shop next door. John, one of Advance Auto Parts team member at the store went far above what is expected. He came and help us with the service equipment Advance has in their stores, not only once but twice, before coming with his personal car and jumper cables.
