Hi Friends, I just picked my car up from KNS and I could not be more pleased. My car really had a beaten up bumper, bashed in hatch and damaged front bumper. My car looks like new now and so clean. I can’t recommend Mr. Keith and his team enough! He made my first experience with auto body repair such a positive one. You can truly tell how much he cares about his clients. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and well taken care of. I came all the way from Wilson, NC, and it was definitely worth the travel. My vehicle had been damaged from a recent accident, but they completely transformed it! It looks brand new again! His employees did an amazing job and had everything finished within just a week and a half after I dropped it off. When I saw my car, I could hardly believe it was the same vehicle! I tried contacting them through their own website twice over the past two weeks with no response aside from the automated "we will get back to you soon" reply. I have a minor collision that needs repairing and I was very clear and concise. Bummer.

I took my 23 Camry to Keith for some minor fender repair which most people wouldn’t worry about. Keith immediately had one of his workers do a repair and it looked better than ever. Another body shop didn’t want to help me with this Keith treats each persons need with respect and care. A good friend recommended Keith to me and his reviews I read were amazing.

Can’t even begin to explain the negligence I’ve seen from this shop. This crew has no experience in fixing cars. My car was in and out of this shop for several months until they finally had to have it towed to the dealership. Even after that, they tried to charge me more for their negligence.

Honest, reasonable, and excellent service. They repaired my scratched/dented door with impressive speed and exceptional attention to detail. They even cleaned the interior/exterior --- it looked better than new!

Best body shop! My car was stolen and found with a ton of damage, and Keith went above and beyond to get my Honda Civic looking brand new. Amazing customer service, very cute dog in the office, and amazing attention to detail. Very kind and honest. I will be returning for any future needs!

came to them with no appointment with a cracked bumper and several other things wrong underneath it and within four hours they had my car back to me in complete functionality and i didn’t have to have the bumper replaced like i worried!! will recommend to anyone who needs a body shop. thank you so much. also you might meet the cutest little dog ever

Quality work at a good price! Keith is a great, compassionate guy. He went the extra mile with no extra charge to make sure everything looked great. Really appreciated the work he did and in a super timely manner.

KNS was fantastic! I contacted a lot of local collision repair shops around the area after a deer jumped in front of my wife's car, and almost everyone was quoting 2-3 months before repairs could be completed. Apparently the Triangle has outgrown everyone's capacity, and with deer rutting season, I thought we were looking at an extremely long wait. Fortunately, KNS was kind enough to work us in within a month, and even beat their own estimate. The car looks even better than it did before the deer! We don't plan to hit anything soon, but if we do, we'll call KNS again.

KNS was unbelievable. They provided a fair quote right in line with the insurance claim, and once I agreed to the work, they had parts in 24 hours and started the work the next day. It was fast and the quality was superb. The car looks better than it did before the accident. I will definitely use KNS, should I need body work again.

The team at KNS Automotive did a fantastic repair on my son's 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid that was hit on the bumper twice in as many days. It was like no damaged happened! Fast repair and fair price for fixing the car. Saved me from having to buy a bumper!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work from KNS automative. I took my car for a body work based on the reviews here. I am very disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I had to take my car multiple times each time working with the insurance claims team to fix the missing parts. The technician did a poor job in taking a complete survey of all work that needs to happen and see if anything was missing in the initial assessment. I ended up taking my car multiple times to tell them they have missed one another thing. The car is still not fixed completely. This is such a waste of time. The office takes pride in their work and unfortunately I did not see that in their quality and attention to detail. I will think twice to take my car there again.

Mr. Keith and his employees were amazing great people. Mr. Keith is very personable and easy to speak with. I heard about him from a neighboring auto-shop and every word was true. He is genuine and provides excellent work. Great man, great business, and great experience. I’d recommend him shop to anyone of my friends/family.

I came to KNS to get a car hood painted after buying an aftermarket one for my Mustang. It was a fiberglass hood that came with a scratch from shipping that needed to be repaired prior to paint. My quote felt reasonable and included fixing the scratch and the full paint process (sand, prime, paint, and clear). I was told the job would take two days and to drop the car off in two weeks. Well, the job took 4 days and I was disappointed by the job to say the least. The paint looked like you were looking into a kaleidoscope and there were pits and bubbles all over the hood that had already starting chipping and exposing bare material underneath. After 2 days of having it I brought it back and showed my concern for the quality vs l the price I paid. The owner first tried to say that it was defects in the hood and that he only does quality work, that's why he's been open for 30+ years etc. etc. Regardless, he took it back and said he'd get it sanded back down and assess if it was a good problem or a paint process problem. The final product was 10x better and was what I expected to pick up the first time. While it still wasn't perfect (a paint run and bubble in like 2 spots), the paint job had little to no orange peel and looked amazing in comparison to the first. In the end, I'm happy with finished product but the process that it took to get there was less than desirable or necessary. If more skill and time had been put in the first time, a second time wouldn't have been needed.

Keith and his team are amazing. I had some deep scratches on my automobile. Keith gave me a great price and you cannot tell that the scratches existed. I watched customer after customer show up to his shop and he is friendly and treat customers with respect. They are Covid-19 prepared for each client. I felt safe from the time arrived until I left. This was paid out of pocket and KNS was the lowest price I received from all the quotes given. I will return again and recommend Keith and his team to everyone I know.

I'm in Chapel Hill NC visiting my son. I'm from Charlotte NC. While here my grandson hit my car Causing some damages. My son and daughter in law referred Keith Newman at KNS body shop to me. I took the vehicle in for estimate which was very reasonable. So reasonable I got estimate for some old damages too. Keith is very personable. Impeccable customer service skills and very knowledgeable. I made appt. To bring vehicle in for repairs. WOW was I in for a pleasant surprise!!. When I went to pickup my car it look like a brand new vehicle. He did an excellent job. Everything he promised to do he did it and then some. He even washed my vehicle and clean the insides. I most definitely will use him again. Even if it means I have to drive here from Charlotte NC. Thank you Mr. Newman

KNS Collision is the best automotive shop around. I needed a new bumper and they offered the lowest price out of the four body shops that I went to. Their workmanship was incredible and my car looks amazing. In addition to replacing my bumper they took it upon themselves to wash the outside and clean the inside of my car. Talk about superior service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Got my car fixed reasonably fast. Very fair prices and Keith and his crew did a fantastic job replacing a door and fixing the bumper. The only downside was while dealing with the front desk person. She's very nice but disorganized and very forgetful. Keeps you on hold for too long trying to find something simple and doesn't communicate well during the actual repair process. Still, I will probably go back in the future

KNS Auto was wonderful to work with! Their prices were so reasonable - which is great because we weren't doing our bumper repair through the insurance company. They got everything done quickly and were so nice to deal with. And when we showed up a month later asking about a problem with the bumper, they took care of it right away... even though they knew (and we eventually found out) the new problem was caused by our teenager and was NOT due to a problem with their original work!

KNS automotive worked on my car twice, and each time they did a great job! The first time, the car was done quickly, and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. The second time, they made sure that I was taken care of transportation and insurance wise. They made sure to fight for me. I highly recommend them!

If you are like me, you dread taking your car in for any type of work, including body work. I usually cringe while waiting for the price, which is usually even higher than I'm expecting and the service is subpar. I have an Audi A6 that I wanted to get some body work done, had taken it to another shop in town, and quickly left after the price I was quoted for just a portion of the work. Then, I found out about KNS and read the reviews. I was skeptical, but decided to go for an estimate. I met Keith, who was friendly, honest, and completely different than just about anyone I've met in the car business. I had a number in mind, and Keith blew me away with his quote. I had work to be done on the front and rear bumper, plus some blending on 1 of the quarter panels. Price for all the work was 1/2 of what I was quoted for just the front bumper by another shop. I just picked the car up and the work they did on my car is spectacular. Keith went above and beyond what was quoted, but didn't charge me any extra. It's so rare to meet someone so honest and fair. KNS will be my "go to" for any future work I need done on any of my vehicles and I couldn't recommend Keith and his business enough. Don't bother with other body shops, head straight to KNS. I can't remember the girls name at the front desk, but she is very friendly and fun to talk to. Everyone there I met treated me great and the turn around was quick!

I cannot say enough positively about KNS. Keith, the owner, worked entirely around my schedule in allowing me to drop off and pick up my vehicle. He worked with me to find a project that worked with my budget, and stuck to his estimate to the cent. Not only that, he then proceeded to wash and clean my messy car for no charge, such that it looks as good as it has since it was brand new. I would recommend KNS to anyone without reservation.

I had a wonderful experience at KNS. They fixed my bumper though I was sure it needed to be replaced. Keith, the owner, stuck to his estimate even though he needed extra parts and took extra time on my repair. They even cleaned the inside of my car free of charge. I was very impressed!!
