I had called for a black jeep recovery and had been waiting for over 4 hours in the rain and mist before I had been called and told that they were closing soon after being told they said It was not my problem and the man on the phone was rude about calling me poor after I had said I could pay extra Would not recommend
Tried to take my vehicle off my own property, had no great reason either, tags expired for a few days (I had the sticker just had to work so much) PLUS the car is a classic car. Not my daily.
I just put the tags on and drove it to a buddy's house lol.
Screw this company.. they also put a sticker on my windshield which is now stuck on there :(
This man has the most disgusting mouth. He is extremely disrespectful, and likes to threaten people. Threaten to call my employer and lie that I had pending felony charges bc I wouldn’t tell him where my car is. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use his services. Oh and btw it’s not illegal to tell someone you don’t know over the phone, that you’re not going to tell them where the car is.
They will block cars and are extremly rude and agressive. When I politely ask the man to please park somewhere that doesnt block cars, he said many nasty things, said he can park anywhere he wants and claimed its state owned and for me to go back wherever I came from. I immediately sent video to correct person, who said they will review cameras. I was also told its not the tow truck company for our Apts and its not state owned property either. Whoever this man is needs anger management. Please seek therapy.
Super nice ppl. Owner is a vet with some interesting stories lol they towed my car after an accident and were very helpful to me and the insurance company. Highly recommended.

I got a flat tire while traveling back home from a funeral early evening and called AAA. Several hours passed without help, so I reached out to Goines’ Recovery and they came to the rescue.
