Leonard’s in Jacksonville, NC was great throughout the whole trailer purchasing process. The location had all of their products offered for sale arranged in an easily accessible matter. I was able to get quick financing and take delivery of quality trailer that fit my needs.
The guys at the Jacksonville Leonard Truck Outfitters were an absolute 10/10. I called first thing in the morning, a few minutes before their open hours, but got an immediate call back from Josh. He was courteous and knowledgeable. When I finally made it to the store, everyone was professional and ready to help. Eric worked with me to get an appointment set within my (unreasonable) timeline.
Installers were also elite.

Do not buy from here. They over charge compared to others and their sheds are made in America as well. They brought me the wrong shed and then things were broke and driver told them and they never came out to fix still 2 years later. Then i bought a dump trailer and was lied to by Eric on payoff process. When you buy from them they charge you the interest for full term even if you pay it off years earlier. Very bad business .
The guys at Leonard are always professional, courteous, helpful, and offer great advice even if it doesn't contribute to a sale. I have used them for every tow package installation I have had done. Quality work and fair price.

Buy a shed on a Sat. Told us would be 2-3 wk before get. That Wed they tried to bring the wrong one & wanted to argue telling me didn’t order a custom. 6 wk after order finally got it & needed repairs. 3 wk after shed was on property they came to fix it & still needs to have more done. the guy that fixed it did not even tell us that he has to come back & he did not even place all screws back in it

Always awesome. This is my second purchase from Leonard. The first was my cover for my truck bed that is still serving me well and now the trailer. I think this was quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Got a military discount in a military town that doesn't do them and picked up my trailer next day....

I walked onto the lot with an idea of what I wanted, but knew what I needed. This was my first trailer purchase, new or used. So they also gave me tips and things to look out for. Out of a lot full of black trailers... the lime green one came with me.

I needed a 5x8 ft trailer to hold down my long range yard maintenance cost at my rental property. The guys a Leonard had the best price in town! And when a maintenance issue popped up, they meticulously did a troubleshoot and repair. I'm a repeat customer and blessed to be one! From purchase to documents to delivery and warranteed maintenance, there's none better that I know.
Friendly staff. Took the time to show me the different styles and models of bed covers and were knowledgeable and answered my questions on each. My order arrived within days, and the installation was scheduled and completed that very same day. I look forward to seeing them for my future truck accessory needs.
I went to the store on a friday, placed my order, paid the required fee. Was told my order would be in by mid week. On Wednesday I called to check my order. Was told that it had arrived on Tuesday, but I was not contacted to set up install appointment until I called. The install was on Friday. Took about 1/2 hour. So far no problems noted. Will tell come first rain later next week

I’m writing this review because of the outstanding service I have received from Chad multiple times over several years. And NO, I was not compensated for my review! I happened in the shop one day a few years back because my tonneau cover was tweaked They immediately jumped into action and had it working like new again in no time. Nearly had to force them to take payment! Recently, I was going through the new vehicle shopping process and called Chad a number of times for various products fitment to several vehicles options I was considering. Chad is the consummate professional providing old school customer care! Never once hesitating to listen and advise! I highly recommend these guys for any and all truck accessories! Special shout out to Chad for extraordinary service.
They repaired my enclosed trailer rear gate and they installed a whole new cable setup. Door works so much better now, I left my trailer with them for 2-3 months without telling them and they said it was no problem having the trailer left in their lot. Any other companies would’ve not let that happen. Super nice team of people. Thank you for everything!
Extremely knowledgeable people dedicate t to service is no doubt about it. I ran into some difficulties. I bought one of their garages and they worked with me off through. It's the last half a year. A very good company to work with. They will work with you. They understand people's problems. And we'll go out backwards to help people that are in need help or in trouble. So I would hardly recommend anybody looking for a building or a trailer to buy at Leonard's.
The installers did an excellent job as well did Eric in the shop with the pricing. He gave me plenty of information before and after purchasing item. Will be coming back for a rack system for the top of my tonneau cover
Great service and value bought running boards for my truck had them installed for me in less than an hour after they came in. Went back again and Chad did a great job helping me get the bed cover that was best for my needs. He not only assisted me with this but he also installed it for me at a great price. I will completely agree that Leonard's is the place for all of your trucks needs and also some of the friendliest, and professional assistance! Thank you again!
Bought my Leer 100XL cap in October 2023. Like anything in life, sometimes stuff isn’t perfect. Had some pretty significant window leak issues from day 1. Had to take it back 3 different times. Finally Leer agreed to made me a brand new cap. Was installed today. What I appreciate about this experience, while a little time consuming, was the professionalism and helpfulness of the guys at Leonard, Chad and Eric to be specific. They couldn’t have been more helpful and tried to do everything they could to fix my leak issues. Not everywhere these days that you can find people that care, and these guys care about their customers. Thanks to them, and to Leer for making my issue right.
