They repaired the front of my Subaru in less than a week, put in all manufacturer parts for the price of used ones, and calibrated the Eyesight. They were very helpful in taking the stress out of car repairs. Thank you!

A few nights ago, I was headed home and several deer darted out from the woods while I was approaching a turning lane. Fortunately, I was going slow and reacted instantly by braking hard and maintaining control of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I tapped one of the deer at approximately 5mph upon impact. The clear bra on my car wasn’t damaged and the only thing that happened was a part of my right front bumper popped out. You know that feeling when you’re thinking things are worse than they are? That’s what I was thinking.
Fortunately, I took my car to Caliber Collision on Lejeune Boulevard and my service advisor – Keith Taylor – was very helpful and took the time to let me explain my concerns. The issue was so minor that he fixed it right there in the parking lot! I was thinking a clip was broken but he explained how my particular vehicle has a hook in that location that it pops back into.
It also helped that he inspected the panel gaps and assured me that everything is in alignment. As a meticulous guy and car enthusiast, I racked my brain thinking the worst but – fortunately – things were nowhere as bad as I imagined.
Thank you to Keith and the kind receptionist that made me feel welcomed and valued. Hopefully I will never need an actual collision repair but if I do, Caliber Collision on Lejeune Boulevard will be the place I will call.

After a semi hauling an Army tank cut in front of us on I-95 in SC, his retread exploded into our Outback. Not fun for us at all as our car received damages but fortunate that we were all right.

Back in the middle of July, our son called at night stating he struck a deer on base. He’s there for Navy C school and is leaving at the end of August. I contacted Caliber via phone from florida where I live. I spoke with Mariana and explained his situation and that he leaves for Italy for a few years at the end of August and we needed to get the car repaired as soon as possible. They explained everything and our ins got the adjuster there the next day. The car was dropped off and estimate was completed quickly. We were kept updated. Few days later Mariana called and stated their shop was short staffed and the vehicle was being sent to Belfork Rd to complete the repairs. We were told everything would be completed by August 15th. The vehicle repairs were completed today August 6th. Both repair shops went above to get this done for our son. Mariana & Dani were both professional and caring on all calls. The GM at Belfork rd didn’t hesitate taking the vehicle in and getting all repairs completed quickly. Thank you all for helping our 19 year old son getting his car repaired. We only use Caliber here in Florida and it was nice they had several options in that area of Jacksonville NC. Jeff Blair.

Caliber repaired our Honda odyssey due to someone running into the side panel. Caliber took the extra time to contact Honda to ask questions about specific parts that were destroyed from the impact. Caliber has great customer service, work done professionally and well, they have a friendly atmosphere, and they kept us very well informed throughout the process.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient, and eager to help me get my car repaired as quickly as possible. My car is 14 years old but looks new!! They did a fabulous job!!

Great staff! Gave us plenty of updates while our car was being repaired. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and courteous. Wish they could've detailed my car just outside at least. I don't know if it's possible but it is something that in PR every body shop does their detail to out shine anybody. Also the inside of the vehicle has strong smell of paint

Very efficient and honest up front. I didn't feel like anything was missing. Also I'd like to mention Deju W. was the receptionist that hit all the boxes stated above!!! Caliber Collision at 2301 Lejeune Blvd in Jacksonville, NC is OUTSTANDING! Everyone I encountered beginning with the damage estimate preparation and throughout the repair process were wonderful. They were extremely helpful, demonstrated the company's goal of "Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life", and did quality work. My vehicle required more than $11,000 in repairs that were performed on-time and made my vehicle appear that it was never in an accident. I really appreciated the amount of communication I received throughout the repair process, all of which was excellent. The first picture is immediately after an animal (possibly a wolf) damaged the front of my car. The second picture is after all repairs had been completed. I strongly recommend using Caliber Collision!
Satisfied with the work that was done. The deer that struck my vehicle (oh deer) was not insured but I am. The shop worked with my insurance company in a fast paced manor. They also helped coordinate with a rental company in order to have a vehicle while the repairs were done. I was referred by a family member and will be coming back if I have a future repairs.
They did a great job on my car. You can't even tell that it was ever damaged. The communication between them and the insurance company and with me was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I hope I don't need them again, but will definitely be back if I do.
