A month ago, I brought my beat up Sprinter to this shop and ended up hanging out with the front desk woman for a minute talking about tacos and LA.
Owner gave me the bad news that the parts are scattered around the country and some are in Canada. He did me a favor, printed out the info and wished me luck. I thanked him for his time.
Today, I backed out of my garage and broke my side mirror on my brand new truck. I started looking up the cost of the side mirror and was so frustrated at myself for damaging my own truck. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, funny and her customer service skills are solid.
Owner came out to check it out and fixed it. I have some cracks but it’s alright.
He is my go to from now on. Hopefully I don’t need him but the guy is truly an honest and caring individual. Thank you so much!!

Pulled up to the shop not fully expecting the amount of professionalism and customer service that I received. Kurk just finished helping someone else in the parking lot and on his way in he sees why I’m paying a visit to the shop. He proceeds to tell me that he knows exactly what is needed to address my problem. I was in and out of there in no time. I WILL return anytime I’m in the need of their services in the future.
GREAT JOB
I needed a re-paint job as the original was almost 30 years old. Couldn't find a shop that would do such of a task. Clinton's, on the other hand, did take the challenge with open arms. The personal staff was so inviting and kind, like we knew each other since kindergarten. This process did take 4 weeks but perfection doesn't happen overnight. They are thorough, well-spoken and go above the beyond. They found and painted the original color code from dealership as the pics show why I bought this truck decades ago. This is a labor of love from one employee. So many compliments at ever stop I go. This level of hidden talent in Jacksonville will never be matched, as I now get my other toy truck prepared to be painted by these expert artists of this craft.
I brought my truck in, was told about 2 weeks I would have it back. I got my truck back in 4 days! They ordered all the parts right away and got to work. I’m very pleased with the outcome! I recommend them to everyone!
Been to Clintons Body Shop several times for service through out my years of living in Jacksonville, NC. I've continued to do business with them because they are honest, decently priced, have always done tremendous body work on my vehicles in a timely manor, and the staff has always shown empathy, politeness, and are great to work with. While no one wants to be in a car accident, I can truly say that my experience with Clinton’s was 5 stars. Excellent customer service, excellent follow up with the service staff & my car has been restored to perfection in less than half the time that was projected. I hope that I won’t see these folks again anytime soon, but will not hesitate to return! Thanks to all!
My mom was told 5-10 days before she would get her car back. Then told her multiple different days that she would get it back. Was also told that they had to do stuff they didn’t need to be done. Finally got the car back TODAY(over a month later)!! They took her cargo cover out and never put it back in. The car smells really bad. Don’t recommend using this company for any collision repairs!!!!
I hit a deer recently with my Corvette and brought the car to Clinton's. They took care of everything with the insurance and I wasn't without the car for long at all. The car looks great and they even did a few things extra for me.
You have a 50/50 chance of getting quality service. I used this body shop several years -- had a great experience with all the issues fixed. When I had another incident this past summer -- went back. Terrible decision! They rushed to get through the job, never gave any updates on when it might be ready, called on a Friday (before the 4th of July weekend) at 2:30pm to let me know it was finished and I had to pick it up then. Ended up having to take it back 3 more times!! The problems: the logo was not placed back on the passenger door (it was in trunk), fog lights didn't work, part of the windshield wiper not placed back, still animal hair in the rim, did not line the front passenger door back up correctly so it rubbed the back passenger causing chipping of paint, water seal lining not placed back on front passenger door, and lots of paint dust from the paint shop. So if you're looking for speedy, no quality of work, this is your place. Then again, maybe you'll catch them on a good cycle and the work will be exception. It's a toss up...
Did a good job replacing my front bumper an price was reasonable did the not going through insurance because it was a non moving accident. Car looks as good as new. Will definitely use again if I ever need to.
Ely is phenomenal and Diego is the best technician! They fixed my civic and gave me the best quote. We always come by on weekends for Eddie to give us the best wash and Kirk is the funniest guy ever. Love this place and my go-to shop.

Clinton’s is a great body shop that does great work. I live out of state and was assisting in coordinating repairs for a family member. Kirk is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, honest!!! Nicole kept us informed and up to speed on everything . It was a very good experience and I highly recommend them.
Well I just thought I would write a review because I just couldn’t believe what I was told. I went there to get a quote for a paint job on my car which is a little smaller than a “MID-SIZE” car & was told it would be 10K to paint it. I was blown away because all I wanted was a basic paint job. I Just knew it was a joke but they were serious. I just felt like that was a bit much to paint a small car. I could Never do business there with them type of prices.
Amazing service! When we first walked in my wife and I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. While through the whole process there was great communication. The work done on our car was next level. I would recommend Clinton's body shop to anyone.
I usually don’t do bad reviews but this place honestly did a horrible job. I hit a deer and went in for a new bumper and some paint work, when I finally got it back after a $3,500 job the paint had bumps in it, low spots and runs. They put a new trd sticker on it and it had air bubbles and dust underneath, they painted the lower section of my bumper a different color and painted over a clear protector film they also damaged some trim pieces and did not install new weather to my finder flairs and they were not installed correctly. When I went to pick my truck my fitted seat cover was half ripped out and had dust all over it and inside my bed. Now less than a year later the paint is peeling. I gave them almost a whole year to make it right but they quit replying to my emails. I wish pictures did it justice better but you can see how bad the paint is a good distance away while walking up to the truck.

Amazing work. Elle is fantastic. They treat you like family. My car was side swiped by a hit and run driver on I-40 a few weeks ago and they fixed it good as new!!
Great job, didn’t have to wait a month for repairs or parts. It was less then 2 weeks as I thought it would be weeks for my bumper and damages would take to get fixed. Thank you Kirk for getting me back in my own car.
Result of an accident. I had to have new hood, fender and bumper, along with a new tire rim. Their work was very timely, ready in four days! I was very impressed. They even did a wheel alignment and made sure my passenger door opened and closed normally.
Elle was amazing help, Kirk is a stand up guy. I had a wreck estimated damage was 1800 and my car was back to me within two weeks even with the holiday season. Super responsive via email and phone call. Highly recommend this body shop.
Clinton's Body Shop is a first class business. From the very first visit, I was impressed with Michael Gordon and how he handled the damage to my truck. He took care of all paperwork with my insurance company from the initial estimate to the final billing. He told me up front that my parts would take a week or more to arrive, then he would contact me to bring in my truck, which he did. I was told the work would take a week or two, it was completed in a week. The job was done correctly the first time, with quality parts and labor. I would recommend Clinton's Body Shop to any and all looking to have work done after an accident. This was by far the easiest experience I have had with a Body Shop.
I brought my maxima in after the car being in a hit in and run and cracking the front bumper. I started calling around just to see about getting a bumper painted figuring I would buy the bumper myself and install it, I just needed it painted. I called and the guy that I spoke to said to stop by and let them see what they could do. They gave me a quote for replacing the entire bumper and honestly the quote wasn't near as bad as I expected. I brought the car on a Monday and they told me the part probably wouldn't be in until the next day. I called Wednesday around noon to see if it would be ready and they told me it would probably be ready Thursday but if they got it done that day they would call me. They called me about 4pm saying it was ready. I left from work and picked it up and the car looked great.I didn't inspect it thoroughly while I was there as I had to get back to work. They told me if I had any issues with it just to bring it back and they would make sure everything was right. I inspected it once I got back to work and had a few minutes and it looks phenomenal. Even the pearlescent flakes in the bumper matches the rest of the car. They even vacuumed my car and maybe washed it. It was cleaner than when I brought it in. They didn't know until I picked up the car that I had to go out of town Thursday for work so I was a little upset when they said it might not be till Thursday before it was done but, they got it done that day. The final bill was exactly what was quoted. The actual service and customer service was AMAZING! Being relatively new to the area I've never used a body shop out here and always knew mine back home 2.5 hours away so I was hesitant anyway. My car is super important to me and I take great care of it so I was nervous about someone else touching it. They didn't even adjust my seat which I loved because it's hard to find that just right seating position again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! If I need anymore done on either of my vehicles they will be my go to shop! Loved my experience with them!
I took a 2012 Malibu to them and had work done. The driver and passenger door had been creased in the parking lot. They had it ready when they said (took in Monday, ready on Wednesday). After getting it home I noticed the finish wasn't quite right. I took it back. They apologized and said the paint had set in wrong. I left it again. When I returned it was good as new. I got the feeling that this shop cares about their customers. I would take work to them again. The price was 1/2 what another shop quoted me. Mr. Aubrey was a great gentleman to deal with. Thanks for fixing my car right, Clinton's!
