Best team ever! Everyone was so nice. They kept me informed the entire repair process. They also kept in contact with the insurance company and rental company for me on updates on how much longer and if anything unpredictable happened that affected the timeline for repairs. They made a stressful event in my life wayyyy less stressful. The repairs look amazing. You can’t even tell I had been rear ended. I went here about 6 months ago and forgot to leave a review at the time, but brought my truck in for a new bumper after hitting a deer. John and the team were super professional and did a fantastic job. They handled all insurance issues for me and helped me save money. Couldn't recommend them more.
If there was an option for 10 stars I definitely would give. My truck went in used and came out looking brand new. They are extremely professional, friendly, inexpensive and completed the task in the most timely manner. And not to mention they even helped with another issue with my truck that was fixed no extra charge but out of pure generosity.
We were recommended to Excel by our dealership. I was hesitant because I thought the prices would be sky high. They weren’t. Whitney was very professional and gave us an estimate and told us to come back the next day. It was an easy fix. John was great!! We even got a tshirt and hoodie. We also met the owners as we waited. My vehicle was towed to Excel Body Works and left after an accident with no information from the towing service and no contact from pending insurance adjuster. On the 5th day I received a call from Jacksonville Police Department and Whitney of Excel. She was so patient and kind as she explained the circumstances that related to my vehicle. She took the time and assisted me in getting relative services that related to the issues at hand that helped with the resolutions. When I went to Excel to retrieve my personal items from the vehicle, she even took the time to explain the damages to my vehicle and why the airbags did not deploy. I want to say thank you for the help that I received and the professionalism that you displayed. I rate this business excellent.
Jason and Whitney were very knowledgeable and communicative while I was getting my repairs done. They were quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process, helped me deal with the insurance company payments and even helped me get my vehicle towed in for the repairs. I showed up to see about having some body lines fixed due to a previous shop not doing the work properly. My door was rubbing the fender when it was opened. Just walked in to ask a few questions and they ended up fixing it right there on the spot! Also inquired about having some dents repaired and they had a paintless dent repair guy there within 20 minutes! Very professional, very nice crew that took great care of my car. I will be back here for any body work needs that i may have.

My family had an unfortunate accident with our newborn in the back seat. As a brand new mother, I was hysterical over the fact that the door I usually use to access the car seat was now smashed shut. The entire passenger side of the car was smashed. Excel made my car look BRAND NEW! They updated me along the way to let me know what all was being done with my vehicle. Upon pick up, they offered to show me pictures of the process. I got to see my car cut and welded and much more. The honest work they put in is incredible. On top of that, they detailed the inside of my car before giving it back. The entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process.
