I've been bringing my vehicle here for the past 2 years for vehicle inspections, and service has always been great. However, this time around, I have tried calling on 6 separate occasions to schedule and have gotten a hold of no one. Either someone answers and tells me to call back or that someone will call me back, or no one answers at all. It has been very upsetting, I really enjoyed the service here.
Matts Auto takes care of all my car needs. He is always professional, informative and takes care of it in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone for any of their car needs.
Had a window motor i desperately needed to have my window go up after going down itself, for a fraction of market cost. Very friendly and reasonable shop.
Very kind, fit me in for a repair on my truck same day decently priced (better than I expected) made sure I knew where my truck was when I checked out and wanted me to update them if I had any other issues. A business that actually cares about what you need and what you can afford, not just trying to get every dollar they can.
I found Matt’s Auto shop on google and saw they had great reviews but honestly I was just desperate to take my van to a shop because the one auto shop much closer to me was closed for a couple of days and my van needed immediate attention.
I spoke with a gentleman named Tyler about the issues I was having and I liked how super friendly and warm he was. I didn’t meet the owner, Matt, until a few days later when I picked up my van and he was also super helpful and kind over the phone and in person.
It seems all of the employees go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the work done. I will definitely be returning for more work that my van needs and highly suggest you take your vehicles here for any issues you might have or general maintenance.
They were helpful and knew their stuff. My problem was identified within minutes, and without a major charge. These guys will have my business in the future when I cant work on my vehicles myself or when the problems is to much for a DIY'er. Great guys, thanks again
Went here today to change ujoints on my Burban, work was done quickly, and was highly affordable. Fix really changed driving experience, couldn’t be more pleased with Matt’s work. Definitely gona come back.
I have been more than impressed by Matt's Auto Service coming from a single lady in Jacksonville. He definitely treated me right. You can tell he is an awesome family man, family pictures and Christmas decorations all around. Awesome experience, will definitely go back. Matt and his staff have always been awesome to work with. They have done work on both my Lincoln Town Car and my Chevy 1500. They've even picked me up when I needed a tow. Prices have always been reasonable. I'm glad I found them... Only auto shop that I use and trust.
Always pleasant to work with and takes care of me with first class service. My car been giving me trouble and is hard to work on and Matt has always come through for me with one day service. Glad I found a great family business that cares about giving top quality service.
Took a trip down a washed out road and slipped off the path knocking my rear end axle out of line so I had a horrible shake/skip so he fixed me up right away and had me rolling smooth in my F250 again for a heck of a price. Thanks Matt.
This place is a very shady place they go in and out of business and open up under different names to avoid being sued. They are running a salvage yard in the city limits and store there salvage cars on residential property not a commercial zoned property. My car has been there and was charged for new parts and found used ones installed and paid for new. Very run down and dirty place! Was recommend and gave them a try. Will not be recommending!!
Matt was awesome ! His staff were very nice and efficient . They came and picked my car up and gave me a ride to the rental company and called me the next day with the solution for my car . I expected a very expensive bill with the towing BUT it wasn't ! I got free towing with my repair and his prices are very reasonable ! Highly recommend using this shop ! You will be happy ;) I will be using this shop if needed in the future - though I hope not in the near future ;)
Matt listened to what I described was wrong with my car. He gave a very fair estimate and fixed my car in record time. He also let me know what else may be wrong with out trying to strong arm me. Matt is my guy for auto repair from now on!!
My experience with Matt's Auto Service from start (making the appointment) to finish was exceptional. Wonderful service, nice people, pleasant area to wait for your car, etc. I actually ENJOYED my time waiting on an oil change. Matt took great care of my car, gave me an update of everything he found and everything that was good to go still. Even better, it was a GREAT price. I'm happy to have found my go-to place. My Durango decided to drain all of its coolant and to took it to Matt's, I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Their customer service is awesome, they do everything they can to ensure you have a loaner vehicle (if they have one), Robert is always friendly and outgoing. I have dealt with them a few times now with my Durango and I couldn't be more pleased. They make the best of bad situations!
I will never take my car anywhere else! They were so professional and explained each issue that needed to be corrected to ensure my vehicle was well maintained and pass inspection. They even helped me to correctly install my children's car and booster seats correctly! I highly recommend this wonderful local business for all your vehicle maintenance needs!
#1 ;They had my truck for 2 weeks. Claimed it was an easy fix. #2. Charged me $500 which I paid. Even though I had to constantly contact Robert to see what the status was on his progress with my truck. 2 weeks later I pick my truck up with no receipt for what I paid not to mention what he had done and in the end I still have to take it to a Dodge dealership for more work and more money. When I picked.my truck up.it was.still doing the exact same.thing it was when I dropped it off to Robert. Don't do business with them take qualified shop capable of doing simple repairs .
