10/10 recommend, I went in inquiring about a fuel rail fix for my challenger hellcat and not only did jimmy fit me in same day he also got my car out same day with the fix done. He was very very nice and didn’t charge me an insane price for the fix like some shops were quoting me. Absolutely recommend this shop
Highly recommend this place. The mechanics have always been friendly, open minded, and quick. They may not answer due to being busy, but as long as you swing by they can get you set up. I’ve gotten a few services done to my car and have been real satisfied with the work

Despite being extremely busy they were able to squeeze me in, diagnose the issue I was having, and fix it promptly for a reasonable price. I would have honestly paid double for such timeliness. Their courteousness is just the icing on the cake.
Just God sent. I have took my vehicle to all most everyone. And no one absolutely no one,could fix my issue. But he was able. to diagnose and fix my issue in 2 days or less when i say absolutely God sent Jimmy's Auto Service is amazing. Thanks guys I'm proud to say i now have a New Mechanic
They’re very friendly and polite. I needed a weld on my exhaust pipe due to an exhaust leak. Although they do require scheduled appointments, I didn’t need one because it was a quick job since my exhaust pipe was already off my car. They were able to do it in 10 minutes even when they were busy.
I highly recommend Jimmy’s Auto! They’re HONEST, fair, and overall have wonderful customer service! As long as I live in Jacksonville, my husband & I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Charlie is who worked with me & I am very grateful he went above and beyond! They are good people for sure!
Had work done on my PT Cruiser. They let me know exactly what needed to be worked on and didn't push me on the results. He prioritize the work needing to be done. Didn't kill me with labor fees. I will only take my vehicles to Jimmy's

I took my 2006 Chevrolet cobalt to lil Jimmy for repair because it wouldn't start. He worked for hours trying to figure out what was wrong and he explain every step of what was happening until the job was done. I'm from Jacksonville and there is only one place to have your car fix and that's Jimmy's. I can't say enough about the guy. Thank you Jimmy for all you do. my hat is off to you.

Jimmy was super nice, he gave me details about everything that was being done. Got my VW Rabbit 2008 oil change and it needed a new windshield wiper arm, jimmy gave me all the information on where I could find one.

I had thought my starter was done for, Jimmy gave me an estimate, towed and then found out my alternator was bad. Called me to give new estimate before doing anything and fixed my car that very day!
Took my car a 2nd time and it was a tricky fix but Jimmy's made sure everything was good to go. Still 5 star service for me.
Great service and great people. Truly a good mechanic and person. He rebuilt my rear end on my 99 Camaro upgrading the gears. He ran into complications and had to do more work and still charged me my quoted price. Great guy would recommend him to anyone and will be using him for the rest of my time here.
