my car broke down in swansboro, and i happen to live in richlands, not only did the company offer to get my car the same day we called, but was also significantly cheaper than the companies we originally called.
not only did he grab my car the same day. he had my car back to me within 3 hours of the call and dropping off my key to him. he is really a man of his word and takes huge pride in his work, i could of never asked for a better towing company!!!!
Fitted me in straight away, kept me updated with issues and had the motor running beautifully. Friendly people who genuinely seem happy to help, won't be going anywhere else going forward. Thank you!
They were wonderful. Helping a panicked Mom call to have her son's car stop running off 17 South. They said 30 minutes and they were there in 30 minutes. The driver was very nice to my son as he loaded his car. Highly recommend them.
There isn’t enough good things to say about all the people who work here! I’ve had car troubles the past 2 weeks and each time I’ve come in they’re so polite and sweet! The mechanics never treat me like I’m oblivious and explain everything so clearly! I had a situation the day before thanksgiving and was worried because I was trying to go out of town to visit family. they saw how worried I was and checked my car out for free. They don’t know how much that meant to me times are hard and they lifted so much stress off my shoulders. I will continue to go here for as long as I reside in Jacksonville!! Highly recommend.
Great customer service and the best prices around. Ray the tow truck driver is a great guy and he won't tell you wrong! Lynn himself is a great guy as well. He is more then willing to help anyone in need.
Previous service for my wife was fairly priced but took a little longer than expected NOT A BIG DEAL! HOWEVER THIS REVIEW IS JUST FOR TOWING NOT THE SHOP ITSELF. When you call for a quote MAKE SURE you ask for them to give it to you on paper!!!!!! I almost paid double because they kind of just pick a number out of the clear blue sky and that's it. First gentleman I spoke with quoted $75-$85 maybe $90 for a 19 mile tow... Thought awesome I will get the money in the account and call y'all in a day or two ... Called back 5(ish) days later to be told "I don't know who you called but it wasn't me and we wouldn't quote that it's too cheap! If you want it today I can cut you a deal for $165... Or if you can wait then I'll cut you a better deal at $125 and I shouldn't go less than $150" like whoa buddy that's a bit more than I was told.... If I wouldn't have double checked that the price was still the same they would've towed it and then when I didn't have all the money they would've probably kept my truck and tried to charge $$$ for storage and other fees. Almost as bad as James' in southwest but not quite... AGAIN THIS IS JUST FOR THE TOWING EXPERIENCE IVE HAD THE SHOP EXPERIENCE WAS A SOLID 4 STARS!!!!!
Lynn's proved to be all the things the great reviews say they are! Needed inspections on two vehicles, with one having a light issue. Got me right in, took care of the vehicles, and got me on my way with my wallet intact! Seriously great folks to work with, I'll be using their services from here on out.

I was in a time crunch felt completely lost (just moved here) had just bought the 22 year old car and my front tire blew and the battery died all at once.. I was honestly kinda freaking out, I called them and they came at the time they told me, Ray helped me with everything towed me home, and gave me tips on how to fix my car and tips on life as well, he saved my life.. I will call them always, love what they do, amazing people all around

I needed my vehicle towed to the dealership after the brakes failed. Mr. Smith had no interest in towing my vehicle when I called, it had to be done on an entirely different day and cost me $75. For a tow of less than 12 miles.
