Called the office and spoke with two very nice ladies who gave me a quote and a timeframe. Adam arrived within the 35-45 min wait time window. Loaded it up and had it dropped off quickly. I had a great experience with Jimmy's towing. My car needed to be towed from jacksonsville to brunswick county on christmas eve. Jimmy's picked up after a few rings, I was able to talk to a real person ( no website application or IVR like other tow companies I called ). Jimmy's rate was better that what AAA gave me for that distance. Driver was there in about 15 mins and got my car where it needed to be. 10/10 I recommend them

We needed a car towed to get work done on it. It needed to go an hour away. I called and they were so helpful. We set a date and time. They called when they were on their way, and were a few minutes early. After they dropped it off they called to let us know. Extremely professional. I hope I don’t need them again but am glad to know I found a reputable towing service if I need them again.
Unfortunately for me I've had a couple interactions with Jimmy's. Both were fantastic experiences. The staff are professional and very accommodating to what is likely a poor situation when dealing with roadside assistance. Drivers are top notch.

My car battery exploded and not only were they polite and quick with the towing but they prevented me from spending money at a auto shop. They helped me get a new battery and installed it right there and then! They saved me an unnecessary trip and they were a blessing in such a stressful time.

Branden was very polite, courteous, and careful with my car. He kept me updated on ETA so I knew when to expect him. I 100% recommend this towing company. I've never had to tow a car before, but he had my car loaded and to the shop within an hour and a half of the initial call on a Sunday evening. Prices were fair in my opinion for an emergency service.
After getting into an accident and state farm playing games with my time and money, I decided to pay for towing. They managed to get my car towed in roughly 2.5 hours with no notice. Definitely worth the money!
100% recommend. They were quick, efficient and polite. The gentleman called me immediately after I put a request in through my insurance and gave me an exact estimate of when he would arrive! All I had to do was sign and pass over my key. Quick and simple! I am very appreciative of how fast they came and will definitely use them again if I ever need another tow! Thank you again!!

Called for a short notice tow to Swansboro from Camp Lejeune. They got it done in under an hour and a half. Quick easy process and great price. I can't remember what the gentleman's name was who answered the phone but Adam took care of the tow and was super polite and professional throughout the duration of what usually is a frustrating process. 10/10 recommend.
Hired these guys to transport a lawn mower I just bought at Lowe’s to my house. They were rather quick and took their time while loading up to make sure not to catch the deck of the mower with their truck bed. Definitely would recommend.
I was stranded at work with a dead battery and knew exactly who to call. Had help and a running car within 20 minutes! Staff is so great and always speedy. 10/10 would recommend!

We were broke down on side of Hwy 24 in Richlands. We needed a Towing Co to tow our truck back to Jacksonville. We called Jimmy’s & I talked to Brandon. Right before he got to us a Thunderstorm came! I felt so bad for him! He was Fast & Efficient loading truck. Very Good Communication & Super Nice!! Def Recommend!!
Needing a tow when your car breaks down is stressful, and they definitely helped with putting some of that stress at ease. Communication was great. It was a fast and pleasant experience. Pricing was reasonable and I was able to ride back to the destination as a passenger in the tow truck. I called in, got a quote, and scheduled an appointment since I left my car in a parking lot. If you’re able to make an appointment, highly suggest it. Seems like they can potentially get busy during rush hour, but either way, strongly recommend their services
