More than once When I put in for a Tow from my road side assistants though my insurance company. It has beenpicked up by this crappy company. We wait over 2 hours for a tow. Just for it to be canceled within 15 minutes before it is due to arrive. I called for an update today and was told I am on my way now. It was marked incomplete 10 minutes later. Was told by the insurance poeple that the person had been up my area before and can't make to the area. This is bull. Do not use this company it may have a low hook fee but you will be left waiting and more pissed off by the end of it. No body likes to wait for roadside help for over an hour just to start over when it is canceled. This company truly is horrible and I hope they loose their business.
I needed my car towed out of loose dirt/muddy terrain to my home. It was in the evening and the Owner was able to make it out to me in 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful. Although I was less than 5 minutes from home, I feel the pricing was fair considering NC is unregulated with towing prices. I paid $150.

I was in an accident caused by someone else and David was the one the cops called for my car. He was super sweet, took great car of my car. The other woman asked him a quick question about her car and he went over to the cop and told her how the damage could cause the woman's airbags to go off at anytime, even knowing it wouldn't be their company who got the business. He was genuinely concerned for her safety, which was super sweet. The front desk lady was awesome when I went to get my things from my car both while we were waiting to hear back and then again when it was determined to be totaled. However, the reason for the 1 star ding was a different employee. When my friend and I arrived to get my license plate, he saw us and goes "Got your car impounded?" Nope, it was totaled in a car accident caused by someone else "Oh" TOTALLY unprofessional and rude. Even if my car had been impounded for whatever reason, that was just unnecessary.
Great place, called to get my Scion FRS towed. Thought my brakes were shot and my car was wobbling (had my E brake up) they showed up with a roll back and caught my mistake. Super friendly and understanding. 10/10 would recommend these guys. Only place that picked up for me and was there within 15 minutes.
David was awesome, he showed up right away and pulled our car out of a ditch. He was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend him.

I can't begin to say how great this company is! I was in a bind waiting on my insurance company to find us a tow for 3 hours stuck on the side of the road. I called On the Hook Towing and the dispatcher answered promptly on a Saturday night and was very nice and helpful! David arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Not only did he tow my vehicle but also gave some assistance with trying to get my car started and or the possible issue the car is having. I highly recommend!
I was stranded the night before 4th of July & randomly found On The Hook Towing. David was an absolute ROCK STAR! Within the hour I was home and my car was safely towed to the shop of my choice. David 100% turned what could have been a horrific evening into an incredible experience with the only towing company I will use here on out.
David deserves 10 Stars for sure. Another company was called at 1:44 but didn’t show up. I called this company after 8:00 and had my woody safe at home before 9:45. They towed my vehicle from the courthouse and put a hook through my front bumper and then the tow person said to me oh he had pictures and this damage was already here and it was not. Also I had to wait for over an hour for someone to get my vehicle from behind the fence even though it was during business hours there was no one there. Then they could not give me my receipt. they caused my grandchildren to miss their dental appointment which cost me extra money and they just did not care
David was amazing! He was prompt and courteous! He understood I was nervous being stranded on the side of the highway by myself and stayed on the phone with me the entire time till he got to me! God bless him! I highly recommend them!!!

I had the pleasure of working with David. I was stuck at a gas station at 2330 called got a priced agreed and he was there shortly after. He drove slow once hooked up which was that extra precaution I greatly appreciated. I drive a 1971 chevelle and was already on edge but his customer service and acknowledgment of the sentiment we carry for our cars put me at ease. I hope I won’t need to but if I’m ever stuck again he’s the one I’ll be calling.
David was super helpful for us when we broke down on Western Blvd. We called him after 4 hours of waiting with AAA and nothing, he was there within 15 minutes. He had us hooked up and home with no struggles at all. Definitely recommend this company if you ever need a tow. And shoutout to David for being so nice and understanding of the situation!!!

Best towing service. David was at our location within 10 minutes when a different towing company fell through. Incredibly courteous and helpful, he even gave my wife and I a lift to our drop off location. Will absolutely use again if I ever need a tow!

I got a flat tire on the way home from working. They were dispatched to my location, David (the driver) came immediately. I didn’t have to wait long or anything. He came and got me and my car home safe. He was very nice, great hospitality! If I had to again, I would definitely use this company! I would give 10 stars but google only allows 5!!!!
I had a great experience with David. He was very calm and very nice about everything. He help me on the event where my tires had a flat. This is the only place so far that helps inside base and did an outstanding job. I called around 6 different places and either they were close or couldn't get in base. If I could give David more star it would be a 10. Would recommend to everyone.

Very unprofessional, vehicle was towed because their tow truck driver was to lazy to pay attention to check carefully for the parking pass that I do have and they messed up my alignment and left some scrapes on my new $1500 tires that I got less than 2 weeks ago. Also the tow truck driver left his dirty fingers on my paint and couldn’t remove it so I had to go get some products to get rid off that. And also they do not take care of your vehicle in their lot there was paws all over the hood.
DAVID was an absolute professional and extremely proficient!! He reached out as soon as he received the service request. Asked questions about my vehicle issues and if any further assistance that may needed. David gave us an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA) and he was right on time. He gave me a detailed description of how the vehicle would be towed to protect its integrity and it took him very few minutes to hook it up!!! Phenomenal job!!!!! David knew exactly what he was doing. He delivered our vehicle right to where we needed it to be!! This was the best TOW service I’ve experienced in my life. I will DEFINITELY use On The Hook Towing in the future because of my experience today. Thanks again David!!

I’m a Delivery driver, and when my car suddenly died while picking up an order, to say I was upset would be putting it mildly. I used my roadside assistance option to call for help and within minutes I was contacted and told that help was on the way. Shortly after that I got a call from David to update me on his eta. From the moment he arrived, I was treated to the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while. He checked my battery and offered to jump it if that was all that was required. He put my mind at ease throughout the entire process and even offered some ideas as to what it might be. He then towed me all the way home and backed my broken car expertly in my driveway and made sure everything was squared away. David was amazing and outstanding and his boss should be super proud to have such a great employee. Highly recommend.
