Yesterday, I had the most amazing experience with KAR KARE on my worst day. No other tow company was responsive and willing to take my vehicle to the dealership due to the distance. After going back and forth with my insurance company to find someone, KAR KARE stepped in and made my day better! I want to thank Wade for showing up sooner than estimated and for going above and beyond. He took care of the overnight drop box service on my behalf and communicated with me the entire time until it was delivered at the destination. To my surprise, he noticed I had a nail in the tire, too. I then notified the dealership of this, and they saved me from potentially having another problem later. Thankfully, I got my daughter and me home safely and worry-free.
I would recommend them to anyone! I certainly plan to if another emergency arises in the future (fingers crossed it doesn't though).

Where do I begin? The starter on my Jeep Wrangler had gone out, and upon arrival, Ian was extremely polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He indeed verified that it was my starter that was bad after some troubleshooting. As if the position that my vehicle was in, on the side of the road wasn’t already enough of a challenge, Ian pulled in with ease and loaded it up effortlessly. He then offered to give me a ride to the shop where it had to be taken. On the ride there, he told me about his experience on the job and I could tell how much pride he took in it and also the pride he took in being a Marine veteran - as I was fortunate enough to listen to some of his amazing and inspirational stories. Upon arriving to the shop, we quickly realized that it was extremely difficult to maneuver the tow truck in the crammed parking lot, so Ian unloaded my Jeep where he saw fit. As he was doing this, I was talking to the shop owner to get the intake process done for the vehicle. The owner had mentioned that it would be best to drop it off closer to the shop and I explained to him that we couldn’t get it that close, but that I would see what Ian was comfortable with doing. I went back outside and told Ian what the shop owner had told me and without hesitation, he said: “we can just push it up by hand and swing it into the parking space close to the shop”. Mind you, Ian had already done his job superbly well and he was not obligated in any way to help me push my jeep (50 meters) closer to the shop. After what seemed like an eternity, pushing the heavy vehicle in the hot sun, he hung around for a little bit and we talked a little more and he ensured that I was well taken care of going forward. To say that Mr. Ian is a phenomenal human being is an understatement. Clearly one of the smartest, most professional and hard working individuals that I’ve ever met, and I will never forget what he did for me on probably one of the worst Mondays I’ve experienced in a long time. If anyone deserves a raise and high appraisal it’s certainly Ian, with Kar Kare towing, in Jacksonville!
