I called inquiring on a blinker light piece the day before and a lady told me that they had the piece. My daughter called this morning to make sure that they were open and ask about the piece again. They told her they didn't have it. I called back to make sure that she said the correct thing..a man answered this time saying someone just called about it and hung up on me. I understand that he may have been frustrated but as a paying customer I felt that he was being disrespectful and I will no longer shop there
The machine shop is dismal. They take forever to turn around the simplest jobs and the only two workers, an old man and his apprentice, hardly have a brain between them. all i wanted was a block cleaned, honed, and new cam bearings installed. The hone was half assed and the cam bearings were crooked. But at least it was clean!
The store is great. The machine shop is awful they make up problems that don't exist to avoid doing the work. After being called out on it I was told "I just don't want to do it" Go somewhere else!
