Phenomenal service and masters of their craft. Andrew and the team at B&S took care of two of our vehicles, one new, and one old and delivered the same high quality product regardless of the conditons. Absolutley blown away by customer service and communication, let alone reasonable pricing and timely completion. We won’t b trusting anyone else with our auto-body repair.

I had a great experience with B&S body shop. My 23 year old Nissan had a rusted out roof and the team at B&S replaced the roof and gave the entire car a paint job. The team was engaged from our initial meeting until the job was done. Professional and extremely helpful - great customer service. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend B&S.

They are so Amazing. They did an amazing job fixing and Painting our vehicle. 2007 Suzuki grand Vitara made it look like it just came off the show room they went as far as Detailing the inside and made it look brand new. I So Highly Appreciate and recommend them. Extremely Nice staff

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER I bought a display camper shell for my truck but it was red—truck is white. I called B&S and they fit me in immediately so I could have them matching for a trip. They had it painted and helped me put it on in plenty of time for my trip the next week. Paint job is great. Very professional and laid back. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks B&S!

I was a little girl when my father use to go to an old shop that did became a bigger shop.When I got older I started taking my cars so for over 20 yrs B&S been good to the Holmes an Sharpless family. They do excellent work a they keep u updated on your vehicle updates. Unfortunately taking a car Wednesday because other body shops couldn’t do the job. Did want to drive the distance but it’s worth it. I recommend them to anyone. They loving an kind people.

My car was involved in an accident, damaging the right front fender. Later a fire in that area caused more damage. The new fender, paint, wheel and electrical are back to fully functioning and the car doesn't even look like it ever was wrecked!

I bought a salvage truck and was pulling to the left and my alignment guy told me might have frame damage..so I called b&s they told me what were they going to do and did the measurements...and done it right and fast next day ...I recommend it they got my future business A+💯

Andrew and his team expertly handled some rust forming on my car from a poor windshield installation. They gave me a fair quote and updated me throughout the process and even cleaned the dashboard of my car as an added bonus. If I need anymore body work for my vehicles, I will be going here!

This place was over all AMAZING! From start to finish. Even tho there were a few hiccups on both ends, they saw the work through all the way and kept me in the loop when needed. Thank you to Andrew who hooked my car up and got it running! the whole staff is friendly and help you out with anything you need. My car was struck by another car which caused a lot of damage to my vehicle it damaged my driver side from the front bumper all the way to the back. Damage my front rim that I had purchased only 3 months before and they were able to find a perfect match. The staff there are super friendly and the work was great only thing is that I had to return it because there was a couple of things that had to done that weren't but all in all I'm satisfied with the way they conducted themselves

The staff at B&S were fantastic! From the time I walked in the door, until the time I picked my Wrangler up, they were in constant contact keeping me informed on how the progress was going and the expected finish time. I had only had my Wrangler for 4 months when someone tried to break into it, causing a dent in the rear panel. They were able to remove the dent and match the body color paint perfectly. While my Jeep was in there, I also had them paint my aftermarket hood upgrade. The hood came out perfectly color matched and exactly how I wanted the design to be! They even reseated the hood to make sure it was aligned correctly on my Jeep! I hope I don’t have to use their service too often, but if/when I do need body or paint work done again in the future, I will without hesitation be going back to B&S! Thank you so much for your hard work! I couldn’t be happier!

B&S did an excellent job repainting my husband's 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport. It looks like new. We are very pleased. Especially with the customer service, too! We highly recommend B&S Body Shop. Thank you so very much!!!

I've been meaning to write a review because I had my 2018 Chevy Traverse touched up by this shop and they did an excellent job. I had used a power washer to the front right panel and it took off about a nickel size piece of paint off the vehicle. I looked through the reviews before deciding to go with them. Their schedule was booked but they worked with me to get my vehicle in as soon as possible. I feel I was given a fair price and my Traverse is back to looking like nothing happened. I will be going back to them in the future.

My husband had scratched the side of our vehicle backing it out of the garage and it obviously needed to be fixed professionally. We chose this shop and they were amazing, very friendly, and did exactly what I was needing/looking for at a reasonable price. I recommend if you too need some work done to check them out.

Andrew quickly provided an estimate for repair. He explained options. The estimate was very detailed. My truck was completed a day before it was promised and it looked great.. Everyone in the office was focused on customer satisfaction. This is my choice for Body Shop of the Year.

I took my car in there to them after having a accident and they were able to have my car done within the time limit and I was very impressed with their work. Andrew was very polite and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the Jacksonville area

My car was totaled and I had a terrible concussion so it took me a week before I was able to get out to it. They were even able to give me a rough estimate (totaled), sure enough it was. They even remineded me to grab a screw driver to take my old plate off. Great place rather its impount, wreak, bodywork, maybe even motor work. They guys are great and upfront.

To B&S Body Shop's credit, the one thing they did correctly was, well, the body work. I was rear-ended not far from this shop and they were the company that showed up to tow the vehicle, and although I'm not even local to the area I decided to take it here. They did the repairs with what appeared to be an appropriate level of competency. Within a week of picking my car up from them I could tell something was seriously wrong. Although my car looked fine (the body panels were repaired well) there was serious damage to my subframe and suspension. During the repair process I had inquired on multiple occasions with Andrew as to the condition of these aspects of the repair and had been assured that everything was fine. However, within a few days of notifying him, my alignment had gotten so bad that my rear tires were completely bald and the car was basically undriveable, wandering all over the road due to the alignment being so off. Sure, these people may respond saying that they offered to take the car back and fix it because all the work was "guaranteed," but why would I take my car back to the place that either avoided doing the work properly or didn't know to check something as basic as an alignment?! Further, would they expect me to drive the car nearly a hundred miles with such poorly done work that I could have crashed at any moment? I considered filing a lawsuit on the basis of negligence for this shop's nearly complete lack of competency in completing this repair job, but it's not worth the trouble. Andrew and his team are friendly and are probably capable enough to repair aesthetic elements of your car, but if you're at all worried about it's structural integrity, take it somewhere else.

I would not use B&S again. Although the employees are extremely nice and easy to work with, the work done on my truck was very bad. I asked them to repair the front end, entire drivers side, and a scrape on the passenger side of my truck after an accident. The dent repair was good, but the paint and the rest of the repairs were awful. It looks like they rushed to get the work done and left a lot of things unfinished. My fender was not painted completely, the broken fender liner was reused, and fasteners were left out. They didn’t remove my toolbox in the bed while repainting the bed side, so there’s dirt and runny paint around the corners, as well as overspray and dust inside the toolbox itself. There’s overspray on all of the rubber seals on the doors and windows, as well as one of the tail lights. My door handles literally look like they were spray painted with a rattle can. More overspray on the windshield and back window. They only replaced one of the headlights, so now they’re mismatched and I’m still missing a fog light. They didn’t replace the front bumper like I asked, so they reused the broken plastic piece and didn’t install all of the fasteners. There’s also runs in the paint on the part of the bumper that they did end up replacing, but more fasteners are missing there too. The part that upset me the most, was the lack of cleanliness. When I picked it up, the ENTIRE interior of my truck was totally COVERED with overspray and dust. My all black interior looked like a bag of sawdust had exploded all over it. I spent a good couple hours detailing just the interior... Don’t even get me started on the engine bay. I honestly shouldn’t have taken my truck back. It was getting dark and they had just washed it, so it was kinda hard to see all of the imperfections, and I was just eager to get my truck back after not having it for a few weeks. All in all, the repairs were terrible and I shouldn’t have paid for the work. When I mentioned the missing parts and items that weren’t done like I asked, I was reassured that I’d be getting a phone call the next day and that it would get taken care of. Here we are 2-3 weeks later, and I still have yet to get a phone call. Due to my job, I don’t have very much free time at all, and I’ve been extremely busy, so it’s been a few weeks and I’m well out of the timeframe to be taking it back and complaining. I don’t even want to go back and show them all of the things that are wrong with my truck now. I’ll just never go back or recommend their business. It’s a defeating feeling knowing that I trusted a shop with 5.0 star reviews, and my truck turned out horribly.

To my 97 Chev P/U in to have minor body work , total paint job, and a spray in Bedliner. I am totally pleased with everything and everyone that works there. The staff are all very nice and concerned. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did an amazing job on my Ford Escape! It only took them a day to work on it. This is definitely the place to go!! They do the best job at a great price!!!!! Highly recommend to someone looking to get your car repaired from dents and scratches!!

I came to them just before New Years to repair two dents under the passenger and driver side doors. They quoted me 1/3 of the price of another reputable body shop, and finished in less then 3 days. I was a little sketchy about how the quality of work would be because of the price, but when it was done it looked like they completely replaced the quarter panel! Affordable, great service and great quality of work

Over the last few weeks he has been so accommodating and has been repairing my vehicle with all new parts as I requested. I will not go anywhere else ever again for my car needs.
