Insurance company sent bullards vehicle would not start was put on flat bed with jump box inside unlatched hood hood blew up during towing company said they were not liable because of towing release ie... the document you sign giving them permission to move vehicle third party investigation determined towing company was at fault be very careful about using this company you have been warned
Couldn't get the woman to answer any questions about the company how much per day they charge I was told they close on weekends and after 5 everyday and even though I was not allowed to pay for my vehicle and pick it up on weekend I was still charged . Very very mean on the phone. There is no need for all the negitivity especially in these types of situations. I was very calm when I called initially and heated when she got off phone with me. VERY MEAN WOMAN

Okay so today my brand new Kia broke down and whew I was pissed but when Jessica Bullards dispatcher called me she made everything much better! She was very sweet & caring of my circumstances. I was very thankful for her & Ben when he came to towe my car!
These guys know there stuff! I got into a fender bender and the police recommended that I call Bullards Towing to take my car to Registers body shop . I talked to Charity and she sent a driver right out on the spot. I didn't have to wait that long and they charged me a fair price. If u need a tow service company these guys are top notch !
Very helpful. Tow truck showed up well within the estimated time. Sterling, the driver, was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. If I ever find myself needing a tow again I will definitely be contacting Bullard's.
When my vehicle broke down, my insurance company contacted Bullards Towing for roadside assistance. They arrived so promptly I could not believe it. In addition to arriving so quickly, they towed my car safely to the designated location. Trey was such a polite and accomodating operator.
