Let's hope you never have your car towed here and have to deal with Eric. Being the policy holder of a car that is in the tow yard doesn't allow you to have the car towed to another yard or retrieve your items. He keeps citing a "it's the law", there is no such law! Avoid that place if at all possible!
Mr.Rescue is top notch and the owner Eric is on top of things. He showed up on time and took great care of my car! 10/10. I would recommend them to everyone!
