THESE PEOPLE SUCK! Their business hours are 9-5, I drove all the way there and arrived at 3:30pm to grab my belongings and all the doors were locked. Called about 6 times and no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional and passive aggressive, do not care about people, and incredibly unhelpful. I absolutely do not recommend using this company.
I can’t express how terribly the people who run this business are. A lady named “Alison/Alyson” to be exact. They are very disrespectful and unprofessional! They lie really bad and steal your belongings! I understand what kind of business it is supposed to be, I understand they’re there to only do their job, but the way they communicate and inconsiderate about your personal belongings is ridiculous. This place would be much better if the people in there were replaced! 0/0 recommend, terrible service!
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Towing fees start at ($250-$300) and storage fees start the day after $30 a day. These predators are all about dollar. Regardless of my insurance footing the bill, it's too much. I never authorized my vehicle to be towed to them in the first place. An expensive misunderstanding thumbs down. My rating for them is a ZERO 000 👎
Literally the worst company and group of people ever. The idiots that work here don't know how to properly hook to a vehicle without destroying tie rod ends and steering. And then lied about the type of tow truck that they use to make it seem like the damages were not their fault. If I could give a negative star I would.
This place is the worse group of human on earth. We made a 120 miles trip out there and they won't release the car because we don't have a roll back. We have a 1 car trailer. She said she get a fine for having a trailer on her yard. What differnce does it make a trailer or a rollback. Take your business somewhere else. Terrible people, mean terrible human here. This is why they have 1 star only. I will recommend my clients to use Atlantic recovery from here on. She just lost a big account with South Bay.
Absolutely terrible company and psychotic employees. Making threats, came on to someone's property to take a vehicle and absolutely destroyed the yard among other property damage that doesn't belong to the vehicle owner. Sheriff's made them drop the car and continued to destroy property with his truck. Number is disconnected. I understand "they're doing their job" but there must be some repercussions and recourse for the damage they've done. Go to Captain Hooks for anything towing related. I'll keep these awful people in my prayers.
Wrecked my car and they picked it up. Helped me carry some of my belongings to the other vehicle even. Had to leave 5 stars because I just love the reviews on here hahahahahahahahaha
I would give 0 stars if I could. They were rude and very unprofessional. Half of our stuff is gone. They "recovered" our stuff only to steal half of it. We are missing many things. Guess they went shopping nothing like free stuff. Definitely leaving reviews and filing complaints just unbelievable how they can be in business. Of course everyone's items they don't return must help keep them going.
If you are in need of a helpful tow, call another company. I have never experienced such hostile, rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic, and predatory people in ANY industry. I am a female student at UNCW, and the employees accused me of drug dealing in the parking lot where my car was parked for five minutes while I was picking up my dog from a friend’s apartment and commented on the "scantily clad" clothing I was wearing. I am extremely disheartened by every interaction I had with each employee. I am under the impression that this company certainly does not help vehicle owners in need, but rather pay workers low wages to circle empty parking lots looking for students to tow.
