My car was involved in a accident. I wasn’t the driver. Call to get information about my car and the man on the phone was very nasty. He told me that my car was totaled so I called a couple of days later to inquire about the license plate and some personal belongings. I also wanted photos for insurance purposes which he denied me access to the car.He got very upset and told me that I could not get my tag. He wants money for towing, but my insurance agent says that they will take of this after finishing up my claim. I have no idea why he was nasty to me.
