East Cost Towing was used to recover my Niassan Altima after it had become stuck on the side of the road. The keys were in the car, buy they charged me $100 hookup fee (the driver defined the term "hookup fee" as a recovery with no car keys on site.) This method is physically invasive and it caused several hundred dollars damage to the car during the recover. I was NOT reimbursed for any of the damages. Furthermore, they never attempted to contact me about my vehicle. When I attempted to make contact via their 24/7 hotline, they were conveniently unavailable for 3 days. During the 3 day timeframe, I left several detailed messages with my contact info and contention to immediately pickup the car. Aster 3 days, I was finally able to make contact with the owner. He told me he was unavailable because he was out of town for personal reasons. As a result, they charged me $150 unnecessary storage fees.
Needed a vehicle removed from a parking lot. Called East Coast, they answered immediately and got me on schedule for same day service. This is more than I can say for the other 5 companies I called in Wilmington who either did not answer, couldn't help me or were rude. If you need a tow service, call East Coast!!!
